Low level of usage of electrodes and energy, a flame resistance, stable combustion of an arc, minor deterioration of quality parameters of the electric power concern to such advantages. But the most important advantage of EAFDC as contrasted to furnaces of alternating current is lower flicker effect. Desirable value of voltage of direct current furnaces is supported irrespective of current intensity, which one is controlled by separate thyristors. It is known that the biotissues consist of cells surrounded by cellular membranes. The membranes of cells are in a structural sense \"solid\" and have low electrical conductivity, while the material located inside cells and surrounding cell is in a dissolved condition and has high conductivity. A membrane has surface capacitance within the limits of 0.1-3 microfarad/cm/sup 2/ and surface resistance up to 10000 ohm/cm/sup 2/. Intercellular and intracellular media have a resistivity of about 100-300 ohm/cm and a permittivity of 80. Biological membranes and, hence, all organism have capacitive properties. Most universal are the full models of elements describing all thin physical interactions and containing all indispensable information for the developer and designer. But even when the physical principles of elements operation are well-known, for identification of an internal structure it is necessary to use a lot of parameters, and the definition of these parameters often is connected to large experimental costs. On the one hand, it results in the most sure results, and on the other hand, an increase of time and cost of research. Therefore, there is a problem on minimization of suspected conditions, ways and methods of construction of an analog system that first of all is reflected in quality of results of simulation. In nuclear power plants, the water fulfils three functions: heat carrier; neutron decelerator; and neutron absorbent. Therefore, exacting requirements are placed on the water heat carrier. In Russia, reactors of two types-water-water power reactor (WWPR) and high-power reactor boiling (HPRB) are applied. The process flow-sheet of a nuclear power plant with HPRB is single-flow; therefore very exacting requirements are placed on water heat carrier. Using a computer model, statistical research of isolation failures were carried out for a narrow spectrum of change of the defects characteristics, that is practically for all samples with identical defects in all volume of a sample. The distribution failure probability on the Weibull's diagram is represented by one direct line for any narrow class of defects. The use of the computer model of solid dielectrics aging and breakdown of solid dielectrics under long influence of an electrical field allows study of both statistical and physical laws of dielectrics breakdown.
