Such a system contains two linear orthogonally oriented antenna arrays (AA), each of which provides sector scanning in a longitudinal plane. The author considers the resolving power of one of such array. Resolving power is the capacity of any detection system to fix separately two closely arranged objects. The determining factor in an estimation of resolving power is width of the direction diagram. The author conducts analytical research of the given parameter for a linear equidistant AA consisting of round converters, with allowance for a processing algorithm of partial signals. The times of generation of radiation, population of nuclear levels, passing of light in a resonator and discharge of the accumulative capacitor through inductance of an electrical circuit appear by sizes of one order. This extremely complicates the analysis of experiments and makes practically impossible analytical research of LVM. In an impulse-periodic mode, it is necessary, in addition, to take into account the kinetics of recombining plasma, processes of diffusion and heat rejection, which determine an optimum pulse repetition rate of excitation. In order to achieve slip-free and uniform processing, it is necessary to maintain near uniform temperature distribution over the wafer. Recent innovations in RTP design have provided the ability to achieve temperature uniformity. One recent approach employs multiple concentric circular rings of lamps that can be controlled independently so as to adjust the heat flux over the wafer to maintain a reasonable uniform temperature over a range of operating conditions. To solve problems of RTP systems design and control problem solutions, the construction of a process model is required. It is connected with a great variety of plasma and chemical phenomena occurring in gas, under the influence of a beam. One of processes occurring in \"system of pulse beam of electron-the molecular gas\" is molecular dissociation. The latter finds a practical application in perspective process flow sheet of recovery of metals from gaseous fluoride compounds. At rather low concentration of free electrons arising while interaction of a beam with gas the basic process is their dissociative recombination on molecular ions. Kinetics of this process, and consequently also kinetics of recovery of metal in many respects is conditioned by the regularities of formation and evolution of a spectrum of free electrons, the research of which is the aim of the given paper. The new standard corresponds to the international standards and publications of IEC in a part of levels of electromagnetic compatibility in electrical power systems and methods of measurement of electromagnetic disturbances. For definition of conformity of values of measured power quality parameters the minimum time period of measurements, equal to 24 hours conforming to the computational period, is established. The general duration of measurements of power quality parameters should be selected with allowance including workdays and days off which are typical for measured parameters. The recommended general duration of measurements amounts to 7 days.
