While net profit is the profit obtained by sharia banks after deducting fees. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the revenue of fund management can affect the net profit of Sharia Bank. The scope of the problem is limited to the management of funds in PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method which is research that analyzes data in the form of statistical figures. The data used in this study was obtained from PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk from 2009 to 2013. The analysis techniques used are Simple Linear Regression Analysis and Normality Test. The results showed that fund management revenue significantly affects Net Income. Meanwhile, between fund management revenue and Net Profit, there is a strong relationship compared to directly. Maraknya kasus bullying, tawuran pelajar, seks bebas, narkoba, geng motor, sampai Korean wave saat ini harus menjadi perhatian secara serius dan perlu untuk dicarikan solusi terbaik untuk memperbaiki akhlak dan moral generasi muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang pembinaan kecerdasan moral warga negara khususnya pelajar yang dilakukan oleh organisasi kemasyarakatan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa organisasi kemasyarakatan dalam hal ini yaitu IPPNU mempunyai berbagai tujuan salah satunya yaitu melakukan pembinaan kecerdasan moral anggotanya. Metode penelitian hukum empiris ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dalam hal ini peneliti memperoleh data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Maka berdasarkan hasil analisa peneliti, bahwa pembagian harta waris di pondok pesantren al-Hikmah di kabupaten Brebes tidak menggunakan hukum Islam (ilmu faraidl) akan tetapi menggunakan praktik hibah, praktik ini dilakukan bukan berarti Kiai dan pondok pesantren sebagai sumber khasanah keilmuan berpaling dari Al-Qur’an dan Assunnah akan tetapi cara tersebut merupakan maslahah mursalah untuk menghindari konflik di kalangan keluarga kiai dan Pondok Pesantren. This is due to the judge's understanding of legal sources and the ability of judges to use legal logic which is still gender-biased. This research is a qualitative study (library research) with descriptive-analytical character, using a juridical approach and a gender approach, in which the researcher will describe and analyze according to the data obtained, in relation to court decisions regarding Domestic Violence (KDRT) using the main data source. namely in the form of decisions of the High Religious Courts related to Domestic Violence (KDRT) taken from the website of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, secondary, primary, and tertiary data and judge interviews as supporting data for the study. Data analysis uses content analysis of court decisions related to Domestic Violence (KDRT). Aims to understand the logic of the judge's decision and analyze the judge's argument on the decision on Domestic Violence (KDRT) from the perspective of gender justice in the Religious High Court. There are three aspects used by judges in deciding cases: 1) legal aspects, 2) philosophical aspects, and 3 social aspects. In addition to these three aspects, judges also use legal logic/judges' ijtihad in the discovery of new laws. Kemampuan peserta didik menjadi salah satu pertimbangan pemilihan metode pembelajaran. Kesulitan mendengarkan atau tunarungu yang dialami oleh siswa cenderung mengakibatkan kesulitan berbicara atau berkomunikasi secara verbal. Hal tersebut juga berdampak buruk pada kemampuan dalam memahami materi pelajaran. Tulisan ini didasarkan pada penelian kualitatif terhadap peserta didik penyandang kesulitan mendengarkan (tunarungu) kelas IV di SDLB-B di Purwokerto. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Invorman yang diteliti sebanyak 20 siswa dengan memperhatikan keseimbangan gender 10 perempuan dan 10 laki-laki. Data penelitian dianalisa menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu Data Reduction, Data Display, dan Verification. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa SDLB-B di Purwokerto menggunakan Kurikulum 2013, pembelajaran dilakukan secara tematik. Untuk menyiasati ketidakmampuan siswa tunarungu dalam berkomunikasi, mendengar serta kesulitan memahami materi pelajaran, guru memilih berbagai metode pembelajaran yang bertujuan agar siswa tunarungu dapat menerima dan menangkap isi materi pelajaran secara benar dan optimal serta dapat meningkatkan kompetensi berbahasa. Pembelajaran tematik dalam berbagai mata pelajaran bagi siswa tunarungu kelas IV di SDLB-B Purwokerto menggunakan berbagai metode umum yang bisa digunakan bagi siswa umum maupun siswa berkebutuhan khusus yaitu metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, drill (latihan), resitasi (penugasan), dan demonstrasi. Islamic boarding schools are Islamic education institutions that still apply Sufism learning clearly in their curriculum. This study aims to describe and analyze the effectiveness of Sufism learning in achieving emotional and spiritual intelligence at Pondok Pesantren Fajar Dunia. This study uses qualitative methods. The findings in this study indicate that the Sufism learning carried out at the Fajar Dunia Islamic Boarding School runs effectively.
