Specializing in the business-to-business space of the fan industry, the company produced plastic components used in fans. The managing director-cum-partner, Bhardwaj, harboured ambitious plans to boost sales and increase profit margins within the next three years. Despite having significant growth aspirations, the company faced an unexpected and unprecedented challenge with the recent global pandemic. The sudden and severe impact of the pandemic shook the internal dynamics among the partners. As tough times hit, conflicts of interest arose among them, resulting in differences of opinion, parallel governance, delayed decision-making and inadequate responses to the evolving business environment. The case sheds light on a conflict of interest among the partners regarding the company’s future business strategy. This conflict surfaced when one of the partners proposed adding a new business head during the crisis and threatened to leave the company if his suggestion was not accepted. This put forth a dilemma—Should the company consider a proposal that could potentially divert its focus and create catastrophic effects amidst a crisis? In this competition, villages vied with each other to amass as much water as possible during the rainy season by constructing reservoirs for rainwater harvesting. The remarkable success of this intervention in rural Maharashtra led to the question of whether it marked the dawn of a ‘Water Revolution’ in the country. However, this idea was relatively novel to the Indian market when it made its entry in 2018. Car manufacturers such as Hyundai and Mahindra had previously ventured into this segment through tie-ups with start-ups, and the latest auto manufacturer to follow suit was India’s largest automaker, Maruti Suzuki. While Suzuki had prior experience with venture leasing restricted to corporates, it had not achieved much success. Nonetheless, this time, it was exploring personal vehicle leasing as an alternative way to promote vehicle ownership. The case describes the predicament faced by an average Indian auto customer when making a capital investment decision regarding car ownership. There were three options available to prospective owners: (a) leasing the car, (b) purchasing the car with their own capital or (c) buying a car through an auto loan with a required down payment. The objective of this case is to resolve the dilemma of a prospective car buyer by thoroughly analysing the three available alternatives from various financial perspectives and reaching a plausible decision. The current Judicial System is extremely expensive and delaying. The parties to a dispute have to wait for Justice for years. This lengthy and expensive process of litigation has reduced the faith of common people in the Judicial System being followed by the Courts. Alternative remedies provide cheap and speedy Justice and that is the reason that ADR mechanism is being preferred by the disputing parties for the resolution of their disputes. The approach of judges, lawyers and parties all over the world is changing in favour of adoption of ADR instead of Court litigation. Arbitral institutions provide ADR services for quicker, less costly and consensual resolution of civil disputes outside the crowded court system. ADR promotes communication between the parties and enables them to solve their actual concerns behind the disputes. Many disputes like consumer complaints, family disputes, construction disputes, business disputes can be effectively resolved through ADR. It can be used in almost every kind of dispute which can be filed in a court as a civil dispute. When a civil suit is filed in a court of law, a formal process takes place, which is operated by advocates and managed by the court and the parties are then left to wait for the orders of the Court. The outcome of the case is uncertain. Digital payment system plays a significant role in the upliftment of Financial Inclusion. After demonetization, Digital payments system has gained high growth. Now a days, there is an inclusive growth focused on financial inclusion. Collectively, these are achieved with the enabling of new banking technology. Many banks have arrived with new banking technology that took place in the new scenario of banking customers that is called “Digital Finance”. Thus, digital finance has given a new shape to the banking industry. This research paper focuses on the examination of various factors affecting the adoption of Digital Payments services on Financial Inclusion among the young generation. The primary data has been collected from the students of various colleges and universities situated in Jharkhand state. The collected data has been analyzed, and interpretation is based on the output-derived and factor analyzed. The critical factors which influence the adoption of digital payment services among the students majorly depend on accessibility, availability, and financial feasibility. However, the data collection from the backward rural areas of Jharkhand is difficult as they hesitate to share their financial information and data collection was a challenging task. In this research article, an attempt has been made to study significantly on the factors affecting the adoption of Digital payments on Financial Inclusion in the Jharkhand Region, which to the best of my knowledge has not been broadly attempted, which is a unique contribution to the literature. Therefore, it is crucial to comprehend the nature of the workplace and how it affects employees' dedication, particularly in the case of the insurance industry. Purpose: The overall goal of this study was to ascertain the link between quality of work life and employee commitment in the insurance industry, particularly in the Hoshiarpur district, and to investigate the impact of work-life quality on employee commitment. The absence of research on the connections between employee commitment and quality of work life makes it difficult to learn about both employee commitment and quality of work life, as well as the impact of QWL (predictor) on employee commitment (dependent).Research methodology: In the Hoshiarpur district, a descriptive research using a sample of N = 66 insurance industry workers was used. The information was gathered using Tanya Nayak's employee commitment survey scale and scale measuring the quality of nursing work-life. The questionnaire was electronically disseminated to workers in the insurance industry in order to perform a pilot study. Using IBM SPSS 25 version software, the Cronbach's alpha, mean, standard deviation, and correlation were determined. Findings: The data showed that employee commitment and quality of work life are fully associated, and the predictor has also demonstrated its impact over the dependents. Implications: The findings shed light on how workers' commitment to their jobs in the insurance industry is influenced by their quality of work life. The profitability of the firm can easily be measured by using profitability ratio’s. As the nationwide economy and organizations got an extreme blow with this situation, to handle the present pandemic situation Organizations changed employee’s avatar by shifting workforce from office to home. In these new avatar employees, working conditions with limited job resources like Intra/Internet and phone calls may impact engagement levels compared to earlier. Similarly increased working hours, spending more time with office calls at home, and sometimes near-end family emotions may disturb the psychological conditions of employees. So this research focused on employee’s psychological wellbeing and Job resources and its importance in promoting Engagement. In general, for IT employees work from home is a regular practice whereas coming to Telecom employees the scenario is completely different because of the versatile in the job nature so this research focused on the importance of psychological well-being and job resources in promoting Telco’s employee engagement in Indian pandemic time. From the strong support of Theoretical evidence from the Job Demands-Resources model and theory of Conservation resources, Objectives are framed as to identify the Job Resources that mediates the relation between psychological well-being and employee engagement. The study was centric about Public Sector Telecom employees of India of sample 382 for 65,000 Population and a purposive sampling method of sampling technique is used. By distributing a questionnaire with the help of Google forms primary data was collected.
