As a result of our understanding of inflammation's molecular underpinnings, we have identified markers that may also serve as new treatment targets for atherosclerosis. Individuals with and without a history of cardiovascular disease can benefit from monitoring their C-reactive protein (CRP) levels (CVD). The anti-inflammatory characteristics of statins have lately been explored, and they have been shown to significantly lower cardiovascular morbidity and death. C-reactive protein, adiponectin, CD40 ligand, and lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A were the focus of this review, which also looked at statins' effect on these biomarkers and their potential link to cardiovascular events, all of which are thought to be involved in the inflammatory process that leads to atherothrombosis and other cardiovascular diseases.","PeriodicalId":410137,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Medihealtico","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116193571","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The water used must be free from germs and do not contain toxic materials. This study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with the use of Baharu River water in Kelambir Village, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The population of this study was the entire community in Kelambir Village, namely 267 respondents, the sample in this study was 73 respondents. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. The chi-square test shows the probability value of each variable, including knowledge p = 0.008, and attitude p = 0.008. This research is that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes with the use of Baharu River water in Kelambir Village, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency. It is hoped that the people in the Baharu River flow will know and get sources of information about the utilization of river water and how to use it properly and correctly and the community is able to maintain the watershed so that it is not polluted and the community can use river water properly in Kelambir Village, Hamparan Perak District. In this study, a cross-sectional research strategy using the Chi Square test was employed. Antibiotics can be defined as compounds produced by various types of microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes) which can suppress the growth of other microorganisms. Postoperative is the postoperative period that starts when the patient is transferred to the recovery room and ends until the next evaluation. This research was conducted in the post-surgery room of H. Adam Malik Hospital Medan. This research objective is evaluation of antibiotic treatment in post-surgical RB2B patients at H. Adam Malik Hospital Medan. This type of research is non-experimental, quantitative descriptive that conducted at RB2B of H. Adam Malik Hospital Medan from May - September 2019. The sample was all post-surgical patients in RB2B who used antibiotics, amounted to 95 patients. Based on the research conducted, there were 4 groups of antibiotics treatment in Post- Surgery RB2B. The 4 groups namely Cephalosporins, Carbapenems, Nitroimidazoles and Quinolones. The most widely used postoperative antibiotic (RB2B) was Ceftriaxone, totalling 86 vials. Then followed by infusion of Metronidazole and 44 tablets. Then in the third place, the most used is Meropenem, as many as 13 vials. Followed by the use of cefotaxime and ciprofloxacin, 6. each. And finally, the least use, namely: Cefoperazone inj as many as 5 vials. The conclusion of this study was that 60% of antibiotics prescribed in RB2B had fulfilled the Fornas, while the discrepancy according to Fornas was 40%.","PeriodicalId":410137,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Medihealtico","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116691001","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Breastfeeding within the first hour of life may help to minimize infant deaths from pneumonia, diarrhea, and hypothermia, among other causes. At the Watampone Health Center, the goal of this research was to discover if there was a link between maternal knowledge and family support and the implementation of early beginning of breastfeeding for postpartum moms. Research methods employed in this study include quantitative research using a cross-sectional design and a questionnaire. The sampling strategy used was purposive sampling, and a total of 45 postpartum moms were included in the study. The investigation was carried out at the Watampone Health Center. Using a paired t test, the researchers discovered that there was no relationship between maternal knowledge and the implementation of early initiation of breastfeeding in postpartum mothers (P value = 0.527), but that there was a relationship between family support and the implementation of early initiation of breastfeeding in postpartum mothers (P =0.047). The let-down reaction is controlled by the emotional state or sentiments of the mother, and the smoothness of the let-down reflex is determined by the smoothness of the family. Improve services by giving counseling, particularly to parents and spouses, in order to provide guidance, as well as inspiration to women about the necessity of starting breastfeeding as soon as possible.","PeriodicalId":410137,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Medihealtico","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126154482","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Throughout the 8-week trial, clean feed and water were available at all times. NRC's basal diet was designed to suit avian nutritional needs (1994). A 0% GGO meal was given to the birds in treatment 1, whereas GGO levels of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4 percent were given to the birds in treatments 2, 3, 4, and 5.
