However, in reality, many patients who are about to provide health services at Hekath Centre are found to have an inactive membership card. The study aimed to determine the effect of vulnerability, seriousness, barriers, perceived benefits, influence to act and dominant factors on BPJS Inactive Membership. The study was an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach.. The population were 50 people and the sampling technique used an accidental technique with a purposive approach. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate. The results showed that the multivariate p(sig) susceptibility value was .532 (OR=2.515 CI 0.140-45.253), confidence was .032 (OR=16,712 CI 1.275-219.028), benefits were .015 (OR=28,388 CI 1.942-415.210), barriers of .015 (OR=23,558 CI 1.863-297.969), the effect of acting was 0.353 (OR=4.119 CI .208-81.681). In conclusion, the variables that simultaneously influence the inactive BPJS membership were beliefs, benefits and obstacles, while the most dominant factor for the inactive BPJS membership is the perceived benefits. BPJS Health must increase the quantity of socialization. This can be seen from the lack of continuous socialization to the community of BPJS members by installing banners containing the slogan of the JKN Program so that it must be reproduced and installed in every health facility.","PeriodicalId":410137,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Medihealtico","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127046259","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The use of medicinal plants is increasingly in the community such as Sensistive plant leaves. This study aims to determine the sensitive plants and to know the comparison of the work activities of the sensitive plants leaves with a deep sleep. This research was an experimental study with a complete random design  in a unidirectional pattern. Test animals used 15 male mice, divided into 5 groups randomly  consisting of 3 animals. First Group was given a 0.5% CMC suspension, Second group was given a deep suspension, Third group was given an sensitive plants leaves extract with 5% concentration, fourth group was given an sensitive plants leaves extract of 10% concentration, fifth group was given an sensitive plants leaves extract of 20%. Data obtained by Anova test, followed by Duncan's different test to see the real difference in each experimental group. Administration of sensitive plants leaves extract of 5% leaves did not make a significant difference with sleep, but at a concentration of 10%, 20% gave a significant difference with sedative test on mice that were given a deep sleep. Suspension of sensitive plants leave has a sedative effect on mice, at a concentration of 10%, 20% has the same sedative effect as deep sleep, and research needs to be done on other parts of the sensitive plants leaves that has a stronger sedative effect.","PeriodicalId":410137,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Medihealtico","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115670826","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It puts them at danger of a fatal accident. In haemodialysis, it is not part of the standard examinations. The purpose of our study was to find out how common it was among individuals on long-term dialysis. Our research was cross-sectional in nature. Participants had to have been on haemodialysis for at least two months and be willing to participate in the research. Before the start of their first and second weekly dialysis sessions, we did a clinical examination, blood potassium, sodium, and ionized calcium tests, and an electrocardiogram in each of them. 88 patients were chosen for the study. Before the first dialysis session began, 38.7 percent of patients had hyperkalaemia, and 17 percent had it before the second. In three cases, the blood potassium level was determined to be at least 7.5 mEq / l, indicating that the patient was suffering from a condition known as paresis. Hyperkalaemia is associated with a tall T wave on the ECG in two circumstances. Although hyperkalaemia is widespread in our dialysis patients, its clinical and electrocardiographic symptoms are less so.","PeriodicalId":410137,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Medihealtico","volume":"102 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114825467","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Men and women between the ages of 15 and 25 years old provided informed consent and met the inclusion criteria. Colorimetric measurements of serum lipid profiles were performed on blood samples collected in accordance with routine operating protocols. The results were expressed as MeanSD, and the means of the groups were compared using an analysis of variance (ANOVA). Values with p0.05 were considered significant, whereas those with p>0.05 were not. Averages for TCH and TG in group A were 4.21 and 0.99 millimol/L, respectively. HDL and LDL were both 1.71 and 0.07 millimol/L higher in this group. TCH was 4.2 0.48 mmol/L, TG was 0.74 0.35 mmol/L, HDL was 1.6 0.62 mmol/L, and LDL was 2.26 0.45 mmol/L on average in group B. TCH (4.3 0.88 mmol/L), TG (0.96 0.49 mmol/L), HDL (1.8 0.52 mmol/L) and LDL (1.94 0.81 mmol/L) were found in the group AB patients. When the TCH, TG, HDL, and LDL mean values of the various ABO blood groups were examined, there was no significant difference (p>0.05). For this cross-sectional study, we sought to determine the level of activity in the pediatric ear, nose, and throat department. This was a prospective, cross-sectional research including ENT functional unit patients who had been observed for a period of time. A patient's age ranged from 7 months to 180 months during a consultation. A sex ratio of 1.2 (61/51) was recorded. With 33.5 percent of the patients, pharyngolaryngeal disease was followed by otological, rhinological, and other pathologies with 30 percent and 26.88 percent, respectively. Pediatric ENT has a significant role in the field of ENT. As a result of our research, we were able to demonstrate the wide range of services available in pediatric ENT pathology in remote areas. It is clear that these findings support the idea of distributing specialist services more widely. As a result of these findings, it is recommended that ENT services be decentralized in order to better serve this vital segment of the population.","PeriodicalId":410137,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Medihealtico","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129624590","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
