This tool can be applied nationally, regionally, and to health facilities. It is simple to use on a technical, comprehensive, and practical level, and it facilitates the determination of variations in human resource requirements among various types of health services, such as health centers and hospitals. This study's objective is to examine the requirement for workload-based nursing staff utilizing the Workload Indicator Staff Need (WISN) approach at the Emergency Installation (IGD) Datu Beru Hospital, Central Aceh in 2021. A descriptive study using observational methods served as the research design. This study's population consisted of all 35 nurses at the Emergency Installation of RSUD Beru Takngon. This population was sampled using a total sample size of 35. 35 individuals. WISN analysis was used to analyze the data. This study used a Cross-Sectional research design. In this research, the population consisted of 2,337 physiotherapy patients, and the number of patients randomly sampled was 93. The two techniques of data collecting are primary data and secondary data. The data are analyzed using multivariate analysis and a binary logistic regression test. The findings revealed an interaction impact of physiotherapist (sig-p = 0.001), facility (sig-p = 0.013), and registration procedure (sig-p = 0.024), with organization (sig-p = 0.000) having the greatest significant influence on patient satisfaction (OR = 45,715). The value of Coefficient B, which is 3.822, is positive, indicating that patient satisfaction will be higher the better the business is at delivering services. The outcome of the research is that organization is the most influential element in determining the happiness of physiotherapy patients, followed by the interaction between physiotherapists, amenities, and the registration procedure. This study is a quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design, which is a measurement of the dependent variable and the independent variable (age, treatment class, and length of treatment) with the dependent variable (physical appearance, handling, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy (SERVQUAL) and making use of the survey method. According to the findings of the research, the variable guarantee with Exp (B) 25,263 has the most significant link with patient satisfaction, making it the most influential factor that determines the level of satisfaction experienced by patients. Whereas physicians and nurses who have high levels of confidence and trust are 25 times more likely to have the same level of satisfaction as their patients. In this context, \"assurance\" refers to the knowledge, courtesy, and capacity of corporate personnel to develop client faith in the organization, including the knowledge, abilities, politeness, and trustworthiness of the staff. It is possible to draw the conclusion from this research that insurance plays a more significant role than the other variables in determining the degree to which patients are satisfied with the care they get in the inpatient unit. It has been indicated that there is a need for assistance from the administration of the Datu Beru Takengon Hospital in order to boost patient satisfaction. This study aims to assess the effect of implementing HICPAC with a reduction in hospital costs in patients using a urine catheter at Delia Hospital in Langkat District in 2019. The type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach conducted at Delia General Hospital in Langkat District with a population of 30 patients and analyzed using Paired T Test analysis. The analysis found that there were differences in treatment costs based on secondary diagnoses before and after the HICPAC guidelines were applied. This shows that the HICPAC guidelines can significantly reduce the cost of care for patients who use urine catheters at Delia Hospital in Langkat District.
