This sort of study employs a cross-sectional descriptive analytic survey. The population in this research was 118 individuals, whereas the sample size was 54. Univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyses were used to analyze the data. The chi-square test results indicate that the sugar level of people with diabetes mellitus is related to the number of calories p = 0.000, the type of food p = 0.000, and the eating schedule p = 0.003, indicating that there is a relationship between obesity, the number of calories, the type of food, and the eating schedule and blood sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus. The findings of multivariate analysis indicate that the most relevant variable in this research, with an OR value of 53, is the quantity of calories. The research concluded that the quantity of calories consumed is the most important factor influencing blood sugar levels in persons with diabetes mellitus at UPT Puskesmas Narumonda, Toba Regency. To help lower the occurrence of diabetes mellitus, it is intended that the Health Service, puskesmas, and health professionals would collaborate to give frequent counseling about diabetes mellitus and a healthy and balanced diet.","PeriodicalId":410137,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Medihealtico","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128679094","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Satisfaction is a result of how people perceive their own and others' performances. The performance of the health services received by new patients will be pleased if it meets or surpasses their expectations, and patient disappointment or discontent will develop if the performance of the health services received does not meet their expectations. The purpose of this research was to find out whether there was a link between patient satisfaction at H. Adam Malik Hospital and the quality of the pharmaceutical services provided. Researchers at Medan's Haji Adam Malik Hospital used cross-sectional survey analysis to examine the link between the independent and dependent variables, namely, the quality of pharmaceutical services provided and patient satisfaction. Aromatherapy wind oil preparations using small white ginger essential oil (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) concentrations of 4%, 5%, and 6% meet the criteria, the organoleptic test is a light yellow, clear liquid, had a distinctive smell and felt warm, homogeneity, the wind oil pH test is 6, the irritation test was non-existent, and the hedonic test was successful. Outpatient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at H. Adam Malik Hospital Medan was shown to be associated with the quality of pharmaceutical services, according to the study's findings.","PeriodicalId":410137,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Medihealtico","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116281101","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this study, a cross-sectional design was employed to collect data. Sixty-six individuals were included in the samples that fulfilled the requirements. The findings revealed that 1) the midwife's attitude toward promoting exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas (Community Health Center) Mare had no impact on the outcomes of the study. The results of the chi square test revealed that the p-value was 0,089, indicating that the hypothesis was correct (0,05). There is an association between midwife assistance and an increase in exclusive breastfeeding at the University of Puskesmas Mare, according to the findings of the chi square test (p-value =0,007 for exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas Mare) (0,05). The rise in exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas Mare may be attributed to the midwifery program, according to the findings. The results of the chi square test reveal that the p-value is 0,0002, which indicates a significant difference (0,05). 4) Midwife assistance had a 12,7-fold higher impact on the rise in exclusive breastfeeding, with a p-value of 0.028 0.05 for the effect of midwife support.
