Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Tunjangan Sertifikasi, Kemampuan Profesionalisme dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui survey pada semua guru yang berada di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng, yaitu berjumlah 66 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang dibagikan kepada seluruh responden penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan perangkat lunak SPSS 26. \u0000Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa (1) Profesionalisme dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. Sedangkan tunjangan sertifikasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. (2) Tunjangan sertifikasi, profesionalisme dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. (3) Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru (Y) yaitu disiplin kerja. Penulis mengharapkan untuk dapat meningkatkan kemampuan agar mendapatkan tunjangan profesi; diharapkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan Sehingga perlu lebih di tingkatkan profesionalisme guru; Guru yang disiplin akan membawa dampak positif bagi perkembangan peserta didik, maka diperlukan kedisiplinan yang tinggi. \u0000 \u0000This research was conducted at the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Certification Allowance, Professionalism Ability and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. The research data was obtained through a survey of all teachers in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency, which amounted to 66 people. Sebagai profesi terhormat (officium nobile), Advokat dalam menjalankan profesinya berada di bawah perlindungan hukum, Undang- Undang dan Kode Etik. Berdasarkan Pasal 16 Undang-Undang No. 18 Tahun 2003 tentang Advokat, menyatakan bahwa Advokat tidak dapat dituntut baik secara perdata maupun pidana dalam menjalankan tugas profesinya dengan iktikad baik untuk kepentingan pembelaan klien dalam sidang pengadilan. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dengan menggunakan tehnik pengambilan Proposive Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data laporan keuangan tahunan pada enam perusahaan perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan berupa analisis deskriktif data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda. \u0000Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Intellectual Capital dan Islamicity Performance Index secara parsial masing-masing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan perbankan syariah. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analisis) dengan terlebih dahulu memgkonfersi data skala ordinal ke skala interval. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Budaya Organisasi Dan Rotasi Pekerjaan, Motivasi Kerja. Hasil hipotesis pertama menunjukan bahwa Budaya Organisasi (X1) Rotasi Pekerjaan (X2), secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan terhadap Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pada Perusahaan Toyota PT. Hasrat Abadi After Sales sebasar 78,0%. Sedangkan 22,0% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam model penelitian. \u0000Hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua menunjukan bahwa Budaya Organisasi (X1) Rotasi Pekerjaan (X2), secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan terhadap Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pada Perusahaan Toyota PT. Hasrat Abadi After Sales variabel Budaya Organisasi (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja (Y) sebesar 65,7%. Bank Mandiri cabang gowa serta menganalisi pengaruh Teknologi informasi, kompetensi dan pelatihan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Bank Mandiri cabang gowa. \u0000Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dimana sampel diambil dari semua pegawai PT. Bank Mandiri cabang gowa sebanyak 30 pegawai. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh Teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai; (2) Pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai; (3) Pengaruh Pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (4) Pengaruh Teknologi informasi, Kompetensi dan Pelatihan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (5) Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. \u0000Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil : (1) Variabel Teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada signifikansi 5% dengan nilai 2,526 > ttabel 1,70. (2) Variabel Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai 2,512 > ttabel 1,70. (3) Variabel Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung 2,534> ttabel 1,69. Ketiga variabel mempunyai pengaruh parsial terhadap kinerja. dilihat pada uji t. Uji F menunjukkan Teknologi informasi, kompetensi dan pelatihan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pegawai. Paling dominan berpengaruh adalah variabel Kompetensi. \u0000 \u0000This study aims to analyze the effect of information technology, competence and training partially on the performance of employees at PT. Penelitian ini melibatkan 82 orang respondent yang mewakili Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang menangani Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Asset Daerah Kota Makassar. Data Utma penelitian ini adalah kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada para responden. Teknik analisi data dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) servant leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 3) servant leadership berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, 4) budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, 5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 6) servant leadership berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja, 7) budaya organisasi berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhahap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja pada Kantor Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Makassar. \u0000 \u0000This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating servant leadership and organizational culture and its effect on employee performance. This study involved 82 respondents who represent Civil Servants who handle Financial Management and Regional Assets of Makassar City. The main data of this research is a questionnaire distributed to the respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is Partial Least Square using the Smart PLS application.
