Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh prestasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Perum Perumnas Regional VII di Makassar. \nData penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan studi pustaka serta wawancara kepada pihak terkait. Metode Analisis. Untuk menguji dan menganalisis Variabel Berpengaruh yaitu Variabel Promosi Jabatan, Variabel Prestasi Kerja, dan Variabel Produktivitas Kerja yang telah dikemukakan sebelumnya, penulis menggunakan Metode Analisis Korelasi antara kebijakan promosi jabatan dengan prestasi kerja. Formula yang digunakan adalah Korelasi Pearson Product Moment (PPM) \nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 19,0 menggunakan Full Model Regression diperoleh persamaan regresinya adalah Y = 1.003 + 0.240 X1 + 0.410 X2 Terdapat hubungan yang siqnifikan antara variable X1, X2 dan X3. \n \nThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job promotion and work performance on employee productivity at Perum Perumnas Regional VII in Makassar. Analisis Promosi Jabatan dan Prestasi Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada Perum Perumnas Regional VII Di Makassar
Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi jabatan dan Prestasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Perum Perumnas Regional VII di Makassar.
