Metode penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner (primer) dengan mengambil responden sebanyak 100 pengguna Indihome. Pada hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas, semua pernyataan yang ada didalam kuesioner dinyatakan valid dan reliable sehingga layak dimasukkan dalam pengujian selanjutnya. Uji t (parsial) diperoleh hasil bahwa Realibility (Keandalan), Responsiveness (Daya Tanggap), Emphaty (Empati), Assurance  (Jaminan), dan tangible (Bukti Fisik) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen layanan Indihome. Uji F (Simultan) diperoleh hasil bahwa Realibility (Keandalan), Responsiveness (Daya Tanggap), Emphaty (Empati), Assurance (Jaminan), dan tangible (Bukti Fisik) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen layanan Indihome. \u0000  \u0000This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality which incule : Reliability, Responsiveness, Emphaty, Assurance and Tangible either partially or simultaneously. This research method is quantitative. The research data were obtained from a questionnaire (primary) by taking respondents as many as 100 Indihome User. Berdasarkan populasi pegawai di lokasi penelitian sebanyak 54 pegawai maka ditetapkan jumlah sampel yang menjadi responden sebanyak 54 pegawai (α=5%). Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Metode penelitian menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan model regresi linear berganda. \u0000Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja (2) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja (3) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja (4) Variabel Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap variabel Kinerja Pegawai yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai f hitung 30,027> f tabel 2,790 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai R square sebesar 0,643 menunjukkan bahwa variabel penelitian yang digunakan mampu menjelaskan variabel Kinerja Pegawai dengan ketepatan 64,3%. Hasil perhitungan kontribusi relatif menunjukkan bahwa variabel dominan yang mempengaruhi variabel Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar yaitu variabel Motivasi Kerja sebesar 53,6%. \u0000This study aims to determine (1) the effect of leadership, organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously (2) to determine the most dominant variable on employee performance. \u0000The research was conducted from October to November 2021 at the Selayar Islands Regency Land Office. Based on the population of employees at the research location as many as 54 employees, the number of samples that became respondents was determined as 54 employees (α=5%). The research instrument used a questionnaire which was distributed to the respondents. The research method applies a quantitative approach by testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression models. \u0000The results show that (1) leadership has a partially significant effect on performance (2) Organizational Culture has a partially significant effect on Performance (3) Work Motivation has a partially significant effect on performance (4) Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation has a significant effect on performance. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan koesioner dan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 21 Hasil pengujian pertama menunjukan bahwa keterlibatan kerja (X1) dan kemampuan kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Gorontalo yaitu sebesar 0.746 atau 74,6%. Hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua menunjukan bahwa keterlibatan kerja (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Gorontalo yakni sebesar 0.249 atau 24,9%. Hasil pengujian ketiga menunjukkan bahwa variabel kemampuan kerja (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Gorontalo yakni sebesar 0.426 atau 42,6%. \u0000  \u0000This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of work involvement (X1) and work ability (X2 on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pegawai (OCB) of employees at the Department of Education, Culture, Gorontalo Province, either partially or simultaneously, by taking 67 employees as research samples. The data uses a questionnaire and uses the multiple linear regression analysis method and uses the SPSS version 21 application. The first test results show that work involvement (X1) and work ability (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pegawai (OCB) at the Department of Education, Culture , Youth and Sports Gorontalo Province that is equal to 0.746 or 74.6%.The results of testing the second hypothesis show that work involvement (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pegawai (OCB) of employees at the Department of Education, Culture, Youth and O. Metode pengumpulan data yang diguanakan adalah angket dan studi dokumen. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. \u0000Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: secara parsial, Budaya Kerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat. Ini berarti bahwa, Budaya Kerja dan kompetensi mampu meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat. Kepemimpinan tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan Kepemimpinan, Budaya Kerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat. Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya kerja berpengaruh dominan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik budaya kerja akan semakin meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat. \u0000  \u0000This study aims to analyze 1) partially leadership, work culture and competence on the performance of the West Sulawesi Provincial Plantation Service Employees. 2) the simultaneous influence of leadership, work culture and competence on employee performance at the Industry Service Office of South Sulawesi Province. 3) The most dominant variable has an effect on employee performance at the Plantation Office of West Sulawesi Province.          This research was conducted on the employees of the Plantation Office of West Sulawesi Province. Determination of the sample using the saturation technique by taking the entire existing population, as many as 58 employees of the Plantation Service of West Sulawesi Province. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.          The results of the study concluded that: partially, work culture and competence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the West Sulawesi Province Plantation Service Employees. This means that, work culture and competence can improve employee performance of the West Sulawesi Province Plantation Service. Leadership has no significant effect on employee performance. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Ujung yang berjumlah 52 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus), yaitu semua populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda (Multiple Regression Analysis). \u0000Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) motivasi berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pegawai, lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, kompetensi dan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pegawai (2) motivasi, lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, kompetensi, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Kota Parepare (3) motivasi merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Kota Parepare \u0000  \u0000This study aims to analyze and determine (1) the effect of motivation, work environment, communication, competence, and organizational culture simultaneously and partially toward employee job satisfaction at the District Office in Ujung Kota Parepare (2) the most dominant variable that affects employee job satisfaction at the District Office in Ujung City of Parepare. \u0000This study approach used a survey approach which was applied at the Ujung Subdistrict Office of Parepare City from May 2021 to July 2021. The population in this study were employees of the Ujung Subdistrict Office by 52 people. This Research Approach uses a quantitative approach.The population of this study was 80 employees and in this study the entire population was taken as the research sample (census sample). The results of this study indicate that communication, compensation and discipline have  a  positive and  significant effect  partially on the performance  of  marketing employees at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Tbk Region 07 Makassar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 132 orang yang merupakan ASN di Lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai bulan September 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel motivasi dan variabel kesejahteraan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja ASN di lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah, sedangkan variabel Semangat Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Kinerja ASN di lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah. Namun hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi, kesejahteraan, dan semangat kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN. Berdasarkan koefisien regresinya, motivasi merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja ASN di lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Kesejateraan, Semangat Kerja dan Kinerja ASN \u0000  \u0000This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, welfare and work morale toward the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the Regional Secretariat of the Selayar Islands Regency. This study is a quantitative study using a survey method with 132 respondents who are civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of the Selayar Islands Regency. This study was conducted in September 2020. This study used validity and reliability tests with multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that partially the motivation and welfare variables have a positive and significant effect toward the ASN performance variable at the Regional Secretariat, while the Work Spirit variable has no effect on the ASN performance variable in the Regional Secretariat. However, the simultaneous test results show that the variables of motivation, welfare, and morale simultaneously have a positive and significant effect toward ASN performance.
