Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 80 orang karyawan dan dalam penelitian ini seluruh populasi diambil sebagai sampel penelitian (Sampel sensus). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Komunikasi, Kompensasi dan disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja karyawan bagian marketing pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Tbk Wilayah 07 Makassar. Komunikasi, kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga menujukkan jika Kompensasi merupakan Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Kinerja \n \nThis study aims to determine the effect of communication, compensation and work discipline on the work productivity. This Research Approach uses a quantitative approach.The population of this study was 80 employees and in this study the entire population was taken as the research sample (census sample). Communication, compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Pendekatan Penelitian Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif.
