Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan koesioner dan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 21 Hasil pengujian pertama menunjukan bahwa keterlibatan kerja (X1) dan kemampuan kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Gorontalo yaitu sebesar 0.746 atau 74,6%. Hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua menunjukan bahwa keterlibatan kerja (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Gorontalo yakni sebesar 0.249 atau 24,9%. Hasil pengujian ketiga menunjukkan bahwa variabel kemampuan kerja (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Gorontalo yakni sebesar 0.426 atau 42,6%. \n  \nThis study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of work involvement (X1) and work ability (X2 on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pegawai (OCB) of employees at the Department of Education, Culture, Gorontalo Province, either partially or simultaneously, by taking 67 employees as research samples. The data uses a questionnaire and uses the multiple linear regression analysis method and uses the SPSS version 21 application.
