Maryadi, Saripuddin D","doi":"10.37476/nmar.v3i1.2691","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis 1) Pengaruh komunikasi informal, kompensasi non finansial dan motivasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Perkindo Makassar. 2) Pengaruh komunikasi informal, kompensasi non finansial dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Perkindo Makassar. 3) Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Perkindo Makassar. \nTopik ini dipilih mengingat ketatnya persaingan di dunia usaha bidang konsultansi belakangan ini dan diperlukan mencari terobosan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan anggota. \nHasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: komunikasi informal, kompensasi non finansial dan motivasi secara parsial masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Perkindo Makassar. Ini berarti bahwa komunikasi informal, kompensasi non finansial dan motivasi mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Kantor Perkindo Makassar. Komunikasi informal, kompensasi non finansial dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Perkindo Makassar.
