Bank Mandiri cabang gowa serta menganalisi pengaruh Teknologi informasi, kompetensi dan pelatihan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Bank Mandiri cabang gowa. \nSampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dimana sampel diambil dari semua pegawai PT. Bank Mandiri cabang gowa sebanyak 30 pegawai. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh Teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai; (2) Pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai; (3) Pengaruh Pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (4) Pengaruh Teknologi informasi, Kompetensi dan Pelatihan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (5) Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. \nHasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil : (1) Variabel Teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada signifikansi 5% dengan nilai 2,526 > ttabel 1,70. (2) Variabel Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai 2,512 > ttabel 1,70. (3) Variabel Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung 2,534> ttabel 1,69. Ketiga variabel mempunyai pengaruh parsial terhadap kinerja. dilihat pada uji t. Uji F menunjukkan Teknologi informasi, kompetensi dan pelatihan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pegawai. Paling dominan berpengaruh adalah variabel Kompetensi. \n \nThis study aims to analyze the effect of information technology, competence and training partially on the performance of employees at PT. Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh teknologi informasi, kompetensi dan pelatihan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Bank Mandiri cabang gowa serta menganalisi pengaruh Teknologi informasi, kompetensi dan pelatihan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Bank Mandiri cabang gowa.
Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dimana sampel diambil dari semua pegawai PT. Bank Mandiri cabang gowa sebanyak 30 pegawai. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh Teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai; (2) Pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai; (3) Pengaruh Pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (4) Pengaruh Teknologi informasi, Kompetensi dan Pelatihan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (5) Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.
