The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative researched only one variable about the quality of service. The results of the study are based on the quality dimension which consists of: Tangibles, the community states that the officers in providing services are quite good with neatly dressed and polite. Physical facilities such as waiting rooms are quite comfortable, queues are very organized, thus speeding up the service process. Reliability is quite good, that is, the community is easy and the process of arranging services is not complicated. Responsiveness of employees to criticism and complaints of the community, responded well and immediately followed up. Besides that, employees are present at the service office on time, so that if there are people who come directly served well. Assurance is discipline, courtesy and friendliness of employees is quite good as evidenced by the service users who come welcomed by employees to ask things they can help. Klenang Lor No. 100 Banyuanyar Probolinggo Regency. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work motivation, and performance through job satisfaction of Non PNS teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Banyuanyar Probolinggo. The population in this study were all non civil servant teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Bayuanyar Probolinggo, amounting to 33 people. The analytical method of this study uses path analysis. Therefore, it takes a qualified individual quality to manage the organization. The things related to human resources are leadership, leadership is often equated with a comfort, a pleasant position and always desired by many people. However, in the reform era as it is today, the perspective of leadership has shifted where most of the leaders just ordered, demanded to be served, and lacked care for subordinates or what happened in the field, the process of devolution of power too much favored. The type and approach of this proposed research is causality research, which is a study focused on proving the influence of servant leadership and motivation as independent variables on the performance of members of the Regencies Sub-Directorate of Ditlantas of East Java Regional Police as dependent variables. The design of this study is to research carried out by using a questionnaire instrument. The social, political and economic conditions have been considered by the hospital as a Regional Public Service Agency at the time of the hospital's business plan development for development plan policies. Implementer disposition has been implemented well. So the implementation of Public Service Agency Governance Pattern in Sumber Lepah Leprosy Hospital has been implemented optimally. Furthermore, to find out the disciplinary and leadership variables of school principals, the dominant influence on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Balung, Jember Regency. The research method used is descriptive research with quantitative analysis, with 32 teachers as respondents. The results showed the presence or absence of headmaster's leadership on the performance of the teachers of SMAN 1 Balung, Jember Regency. Simultaneously the variable of discipline and leadership of school principals on the performance of teachers of SMAN 1 Balung, Jember Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods used in this study are: interviews, document studies and observations. The results of research on the implementation of the academic administration system at the Jember Islamic University show: (1) planning has not been formally carried out at the time of the implementation, (2) coordination has not been carried out programmatically among others, working less harmoniously, (3) monitoring and not carried out programmatically. Given the population is quite small so that the sample taken as large as the population (total sample of 34 people). Based on the results of this research data analysis, communication, education level and professionalism simultaneously and significantly influence the quality of service in the office together Samsat Pamekasan District. The purpose of this study is to know the extent of appreciation and emotional quotions in improving performance through the work performance of teaching staff at SMK AHMAD-YANI Probolinggo City. Analysis of the data used in this study is to test the path analisyis to determine the direct influence and indirect influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of this study show that there are significant and positive influences between rewards and performance as well as the work performance of teaching staff and awards can improve performance through work performance. Emotional quotions have a positive and significant effect on performance and work performance with emotional control questions are good able to improve performance through the work performance of teaching staff. To know the significant influence of Motivation, Remuneration and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance partially or simultaneously and to know among Motivation, Remuneration and Job satisfaction factors that have dominant influence to Employee Performance. The Population in this research were all employees of Executives Office of Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean A Pasuruan 68 people. The results descriptive analysis show that Motivation mean 4.42, mean remuneration 4.18, job satisfaction mean 4.23 and employee performance with mean of 4.37 already in very high condition range 268 scale. Motivation, Remuneration and Job Satisfaction partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. The purpose of this study is 1) to describe how about work motivation, emotional intelligence, individual commitment and performance of personnel, 2) to find out whether the work motivation, emotional intelligence and individual commitment affect simultaneously to the performance of personnel, 3) to find out whether the work motivation, emotional intelligence and individual commitment partially influence the performance of personnel. The results showed that simultaneously, Work Motivation, Emotional Intelligence and Individual Commitment have a significant influence on the performance of personnel.
