The purpose of this study is 1) to describe how about work motivation, emotional intelligence, individual commitment and performance of personnel, 2) to find out whether the work motivation, emotional intelligence and individual commitment affect simultaneously to the performance of personnel, 3) to find out whether the work motivation, emotional intelligence and individual commitment partially influence the performance of personnel. The results showed that simultaneously, Work Motivation, Emotional Intelligence and Individual Commitment have a significant influence on the performance of personnel. 摘要
这项研究是在巴梅卡桑省东爪哇警察局的Subden 3 Den A先锋部队进行的，研究样本的数量多达118人。本研究的目的是:1)描述工作动机、情绪智力、个人承诺与员工绩效之间的关系;2)了解工作动机、情绪智力和个人承诺是否同时影响员工绩效;3)了解工作动机、情绪智力和个人承诺是否部分影响员工绩效。结果表明，工作动机、情绪智力和个人承诺同时对员工绩效有显著影响。部分地，工作动机、情绪智力和个人承诺对员工绩效有显著影响。关键词:工作动机，情商，个人承诺，人员绩效
