Webtoon is an online comic application that is quite in demand by readers of various ages, Webtoons can also be used as learning media to increase motivation and reading comprehension. The aim of this research wants to discuss about how to use Webtoon as a medium for learning reading comprehension and whether Webtoon is in accordance with the computer-Assisted Language Learning Criteria (CALL). This study uses qualitative methods, data collected by interview techniques. The respondents in this study were 6 students from 6 TBI B who use the Webtoon application as a medium for learning reading comprehension. This research was analyzed using Chapelle theory, which has six criteria where indicate that an application can be learning media. The results of this study show that using Webtoon as a medium for learning reading comprehension is in accordance with the criteria for Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL), namely language learning potential, learner fit, meaning focus, authenticity, positive impact and practically. The majority of respondents gave positive comments on every aspect put forward by Chapelle. As a result, it is necessary for those in the field of education, especially Arabic teaching, to quickly adapt to the changes. The objectives of this research are to describe the models of educational curriculum development presented by famous educational scholars, and to reveal their advantages and disadvantages, and to use them in developing curriculum for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. The researcher used the qualitative approach and library research in which he studied the ideas of experts in the field of education and curriculum in particular. The data was collected by studying books written by experts in the education curriculum and journals about the curriculum in general and the language curriculum in particular. It was analyzed according to the opinion of Mills, Huberman, and Saldana. The results of this research are: (1) There are some educational curriculum models, namely Ralph Taylor, Hilda Taba, Wheeler, Oliva, and Doll models. (2) It is important to develop the Arabic language teaching curriculum by taking advantage of those models and taking into account their advantage and disadvantages. The conclusion of this research indicates that the curriculum plays an important role in the educational process. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mendeskripsikan digitalisasi media pembelajaran Kalam serta beberapa aplikasi yang dapat menunjangnya; 2) menjelaskan langkah-langkah yang efektif dalam pembentukan media pembelajaran maharah kalam dengan menggunakan aplikasi Audio Viisual Tik-Tok. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode library research. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif serta datanya terkumpul berbentuk kata-kata maupun gambar. Hasil pembahasan pada artikel ini adalah model-model desain media pembelajaran menggunakan beberapa aplikasi untuk memunjang pembelajaran maharah kalam seperti aplikasi Articular Story, Youtube, dan Tik-tok. Tahapan dalam aplikasi tik-tok dapat memenuhi kriteria untuk media pembelajaran yang menarik bagi para peserta didik terkhusus dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Maharah kalam. Dari beberapa fitur yang diatas dapat diimplementasikan kegunaannya untuk media pembelajaran Bahasa Arab khususnya Maharah kalam. Aplikasi tik-tok dapat menjadi media interktif untuk peserta didik khususnya dalam fitur perekam suara yang kemudian dapat dishare lewat jejaring sosial.
