This type of investments has certain peculiarities as it deals with the sphere which is related to any kind of business and human’s activity. Logistic infrastructure forms mobility. But no significant change in a separate facility will not give a significant result without a support to the relevant network and the highest intellectual level of its use. Planning of logistic infrastructure should be performed in such way that the positive effect on economic growth was maximal, and the negative impact on the environment is minimal. Thant’s why improving logistics infrastructure facilitates achieving sustainable goals as it works simultaneously for economic, environmental and social development. Thus it is extremely important to implement such tool from “green” economy concept as “green” investments towards logistics infrastructure objects. There were analyzed different theoretical approaches to the definition of “green” investments in the paper. The result of deep research of worlds’ best practical trends for “green” investing in logistics infrastructure objects is provided. There studied separately mentioned tendencies for all subtypes of hard logistics infrastructure: transport (electrification of vehicles, low-carbon transport systems, sustainable fuels), warehouse (automation, distribution centers decentralization, energy-efficient equipment and construction), packaging (suitable for processing packaging materials, moving from plastic to more environmental types of packaging), information infrastructure (energy-efficient servers, cloud computing, reducing the number of toxic materials and water required for the production of electronic devices), customs (The Green Customs Initiative), social (smart containers, automated food waste tracking systems and automated technologies of optical scanning). The purpose of the study is to substantiate a comprehensive approach to finding ways to ensure sustainable, safe, innovative development in the domestic territorial tourist destination based on the assessment of threats and risks and optimization of their management methods to minimize the impact of destructive processes in the tourism industry. Several main threats to the tourism business in the context of interregional cross-border cooperation between Ukraine and EU countries are highlighted. The types of risks of safe innovative development of tourist activity of TTD were identified by the method of expert survey of representatives of tourist operators and travel agencies. The analysis of the results of the expert survey shows the low readiness of the tourist business environment of TTD for the implementation of the risk management system. Optimization methods of risk management of safe innovative development of tourist enterprises in the territorial tourist destination are singled out. The optimization of the structural components of the safe innovative development of tourist enterprises in the territorial tourist destinations of Ukraine is clearly presented. The relevance of the modernization space of TTD in conditions of instability, taking into account the effectiveness of programs of social adaptation of the population to the limitations and possibilities of setting up a system of comfortable and safe life activities, has been established. The main groups of indicators that characterize the tourist suitability of TTD for innovative development as ethnic tourism are presented. A set of priority measures to reduce the negative consequences of destructive processes in the \"tourism-environment\" system has been formed. The general index of the safe state of innovative development of the tourism industry in the TTD of Ukraine was determined. Relatively homogeneous and adjacent TTDs are grouped in the modernization space of safe innovative development of the country. The methodological basis of the study were scientific papers on the formation and functioning of the vegetable market. The following methods were used: dialectical, abstract-logical, systematic analysis (theoretical generalizations and formation of conclusions); mathematical and statistical, the method of expert assessments (when establishing a rating assessment of the level of yield of vegetables). Results: The article analyzes the indicators of production, sown areas and yield levels of major crops for the period 2000-2019 in Ukraine, Europe and the world, outlines the general strategy of the vegetable industry, identifies the features of the vegetable and food subcomplex in system of the national food market. Aspects of formation of food security of Ukraine on the basis of an estimation of levels of production and consumption, volumes of export and import are considered. The level of food security of the country in 2015 and 2019 was determined by calculating the indicator of economic affordability of products and indicators of adequacy of consumption of different groups of products in Ukraine in 2019. The reasons for the unsatisfactory condition of the vegetable and food subcomplex are analyzed, the general strategy and priority directions of development of vegetable and melon growing and processing industry for the period up to 2025 are stated, the volumes of vegetable and melon production for the future are determined. The scientific novelty is to establish trends in the development of the vegetable industry for the 20-year period (2000-2019) in Ukraine, CIS countries, regions of the world and compare the rate of change of these indicators for this period. Balanced development of the state economy also presupposes the achievement of complementary interaction of sustainability, inclusiveness and justice. The economic and legal basis of inclusive development of Ukraine is considered in the article. The general conceptual apparatus and the essence of the category “balanced and inclusive development of the state” are defined. Balancedinclusive development is defined as long-term synergetic development of the state, which is accompanied by constructive qualitative-quantitative changes in the system of national wealth (primarily in its human and natural resource components), which is a prerequisite for subsequent cycles of development of national economy and welfare between generations. The model of causal relations of balanced-inclusive development of the economy of Ukraine and reproduction of the system of national wealth are given. The rating of the state among other countries on the index of inclusive development is analyzed. Priority destructive factors of modern inclusive development of the state are determined. Directions for increasing the level of balanced and inclusive development of Ukraine are recommended. The assessment of the inclusive development of the state economy should take into account the national peculiarities of Ukraine’s development. It is necessary to improve the partial indices of the general composite index of inclusive development based on the loss of natural national wealth. The use of such an approach will make it possible to systematically assess changes in the system of national wealth, which must be constantly reproduced to meet the needs of society and the continuity of development of the national economy. Modern destructive technologies used in the interests of solving the problem of ensuring the global domination of the West, combined with unskilled and short-sighted actions of governments and irresponsible slogans of the opposition, put individual states and nations on the brink of disaster. Globalization as the strengthening of international economic, financial, political, cultural, demographic relationships and interdependencies affects all three key areas of managing the collective activities of people at the national level: administrative state (political) governance; management of the socio-economic sphere; management of the cultural and ideological sphere. In each area of governance, there are key areas of criticality, which can have a strong impact on the stable development of an individual country. In the context of growing global criticality, the composition of forces taking part in conflicts is changing, new non-traditional threats are emerging. In the context of globalization and the strengthening of the mutual influence of countries in the world space, as well as the rapid development of information technologies, interstate rivalry and confrontation can take fundamentally new forms. In this regard, the issues of the genesis of the phenomenon of hybrid wars and their new form of interstate proto-resistance acquire an important role. The purpose of this article is to analyze the concept of hybrid war from the standpoint of an interdisciplinary approach and prove that hybrid war, being a natural result of globalization, is not just a technology of interstate confrontation, but a separate concept taken in practice as a basis in the modern interstate confrontation between Russia and the United States. The concept of macroeconomic accounting or national accounting and its main components are specified. The methods of instrumental support of the accounting process of macroeconomic operations are investigated and their meaningful analysis is carried out. Also, the processes of formation and development of the system of national accounts in Ukraine are considered and the importance of focusing on existing problems and shortcomings in compiling national accounts that need to be addressed, as well as outlining ways to overcome them. The article proposes the application of the methodology of integrated economic information from the level of initial accounting to the macroeconomic level of accounting. In the system of national accounts, which is widely used by industrialized countries, the economy is considered as a whole, without a fundamental difference between material production and services. Reflecting the main economic relationships, the system provides an overall assessment of the proportions and performance of the national economy of material, from a financial standpoint for all institutional units at all levels of the economic mechanism. In our country, the widespread introduction of the SNA into the economic sphere of the economic mechanism is hampered by the limited number of specialists who have this complex subject, both theoretically and practically. Information support and statistical description of the most significant ratios and results of economic activity his section will highlight the basic principles of SNA in Ukraine to describe and analyze the economic process at the macro level, propose new measures to improve national accounting based on existing problems of its information support in matters of preparation and use of budgets of international organizations. Measures to improve the system of work motivation have been identified, including: providing employees with professional psychologists who will select staff together with the personnel department, equipping the premises for psychological relief, redistributing work among employees, conducting regular anonymous surveys within each level of the team hierarchy, objectively assess the prospects of each employee hired, professionally analyze the reasons for non-compliance with the sales plan. The requirements to the moral stimulation of employees, which can be carried out at the enterprise, are defined, namely: to provide incentives for specific indicators on which employees have a direct impact and which most fully characterize the participation of each employee in solving problems; establish incentives for success at work so as to apply more significant incentives for higher achievements; to strengthen the interest of each employee in the continuous improvement of its production performance; be simple and clear to employees; take into account the growing socio-political activity and professional and technical skills, the stability of high results in work; preventing the devaluation of moral incentives. It has been established that plaques of honor and similar instruments of recognition are an effective means of moral incentives for staff, because material incentives are not the main thing, every worker needs attention. An effective method of strengthening labor discipline is to encourage conscientious work. The relationship between the motivational type of the employee and his needs is considered. A scale based on the five main labor needs of the company's employees, each of which corresponds to a certain motivational type of the company's employee, was tested on a sample of 126 people (company executives, employees, workers).
