Bogush","doi":"10.32782/2415-8801/2021-6.3","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32782/2415-8801/2021-6.3","url":null,"abstract":"The article examines the Ukraine’s practice in the field of workers’ and employment’ social protection in the conditions of pandemic restrictions and large-scale anti-epidemic programs’ implementation, which is analyzed in the context of timeliness, complexity, consistency of relevant measures in comparison to other countries’ experience; problems and priorities for coordination, improving the effectiveness of socio-economic development’ state policy in the direction of stimulating the national economy’ crisis resilience and competitiveness, maintaining a socially acceptable standards of living and national security are identified. A comparison of the experience of workers’ social protection in the COVID-19 pandemic’ conditions in Ukraine and a range of countries around the world showed: the sufficient systematization of applied national restrictive and preventive measures; common features of their powerful negative impact on the results and prospects of management, all budgets’ fulfillment, implementation of guaranteed social protection programs as a whole, which will be felt acutely in the near post-crisis period. The burden power of workers’ social protection systems on the economy’ financial savings and reserves, the public debt’ growth caused by the implementation of thematic compensation programs for employers, employees and the self-employed, is more acute in developing countries (including Ukraine) – with the state budget deficits, unsatisfactory economy’ diversification and relatively worse gross domestic product’ indicators, weaker positions in foreign markets in addition to significant external borrowings. The world and national current experience of the large-scale antiepidemic measures envisages its projection on probable emergencies of a similar level in the future. The current state and trends in the development of SPA and wellness tourism are characterized. Proposals are offered regarding further prospects for the development of SPA and wellness tourism. Wellness is a term that recently entered the dictionaries of many languages of the world and means a state of physical and mental well-being, a beautiful state of mind and body, relaxation, restoration of the body's strength through active health activities. That is why, due to the main functions and the growing demand for wellness, at the beginning of the current century, a new subspecies of medical and health tourism appeared – wellness tourism, which is currently one of the leading trends in the tourism industry. Spa and wellness tourism is at the stage of active rapid development. Spa and wellness vacation is an integral part of the life of the population in most countries around the world, it has such a great potential that it now stands out as an independent segment of the tourism market with a wide range of investment opportunities: from large-scale hotel projects adjacent to clinics and located within cities, to already existing specialized complexes with some modifications in the structure of services. Consumers who have chosen spa and wellness tourism will be able to relax, undergo a comprehensive examination and treatment, rejuvenate and improve their appearance at the same time. Hotel enterprises do not ignore the trend towards wellness and SPA services and increasingly increase their complex for guests not only by expanding additional services and entertainment, but also by including the services of a general health complex, i.e. a combination of the hotel business and the beauty and health industry, resulting in wellness hotels and hotels with wellness centers. In Europe, guests of high-class wellness hotels have the opportunity to choose between modern and ancient healing methods, classic and non-traditional medical recipes, they are offered an individually designed program of physical training and, of course, a full range of body care services. Visitors to these hotel enterprises are involved in yoga classes, drinking herbal teas, tempering and active recreation in nature. They have a chance to learn a lot about themselves by visiting individual consultations of a sports coach, a physiotherapist, a cosmetologist, and experts in the field of wellness services. It is offered to use not exact values of this or that characteristic, and their indistinct analogues for the description of processes in social systems.\u0000It is determined that new knowledge and innovations determine the pace of scientific and technological progress, the viability of enterprises and the competitiveness of economies. This necessitates the search for strategies to stimulate innovation activity in the field of public administration, focused on the formation of a comprehensive system of motivations, the creation of a modern organizational and economic model of activity, the introduction of monitoring and evaluation technologies. At the same time, there is a lack of a systematic approach to the assessment of innovation activity in the public administration system, which is accompanied by an increase in the risks of innovation and negatively affect the introduction of new technologies. In this regard, the problem of selection and implementation of an effective system for monitoring and rating construction is relevant. Existing in theory and practice approaches to innovation management and assessment of the level of its development do not contain clear, unambiguously interpreted criteria for choosing a strategy, as well as tools and methods to stimulate innovation. In addition, insufficient attention is paid to the organizational aspects of the implementation of innovation strategies. The list of the main characteristics for classification of innovative activity and construction of rating monitoring is resulted. Each of the subsystems is characterized by its fuzzy index. Thus, a combination of indexes describing various aspects of system operation is a universal code that can be used to classify and rank. The principles of analysis of quantitative indicators are also used as a methodological basis in the formation of the methodology for assessing innovation activity. Protest, the identification of certain obstacles in the system of digital trade slows it down somewhat. Obstacles are insufficient specialization in the IT field, outdated equipment, lack of specialists, etc., to eliminate existing problems, it is necessary to attract investments. It is appropriate to consider the experience of attracting foreign and domestic investments. Consideration of the research topic made it possible to make sure that the experience of crowdfunding can act as an alternative to such involvement. The work reveals the use of innovative technologies, namely crowdfunding to ensure the development of digital trade on global markets. The purpose of the study is to reveal the features of the crowdfunding process to promote the development of digital trade in global markets. The essential understanding of crowdfunding was studied by revealing its models and their characteristics. The work focuses on understanding the features of the identified models. An attempt was made to substantiate the need for the introduction of crowdfunding models in the process of developing digital trade by revealing trading platforms for its implementation. Crowdfunding platforms consist of real estate, high technology and science, investment in products, social ideas and charity, creative initiatives, securities of small and medium-sized businesses and platforms without a strict target orientation of investments. It was found that they contribute to the implementation of ideas through the implementation of commercial, non-commercial and social projects. The platforms facilitate the expansion of trading activities to all countries, which contributes to the development of digital trade in global markets. The role of crowdfunding as an innovative technology is to use crowdfunding models to promote the development of digital commerce in global markets by using them, namely: reward crowdfunding, donation crowdfunding, loan or debt crowdfunding and equity crowdfunding to create crowdfunding. It is established that financial and economic results play a strategically important role in the process of forming the final results of production and economic activity of agricultural enterprises. The financial and economic results of agricultural enterprises should be understood as the final results of the enterprise, which characterize the parameters of the effectiveness of its strategic business processes and are formalized in the targets for a specific period of time. It is revealed that financial and economic results of activity are a direct resource basis of increase of parameters of efficiency of managing of the enterprise in a cut of all basic structural components of its functioning. It is established that the financial and economic results of agricultural enterprises are formed as the final characteristics of management in terms of all basic areas of their operation (innovation and investment, production, sales, financial, service, etc.).
