The article offers statistical and informative material on the role of tourism in the system of world services and the international economy, compares the number of people employed in tourism by years and analyzes the foreign experience of the functioning of the tourist services market, defining the main trends in the development of tourism in the future as a segment of the world economy. It is substantiated that tourism is one of those sectors of the world economy that has suffered more from the pandemic, taking into account UNWTO monitoring, IMF data, analytical studies of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the results of the analysis of economic stability of European agencies Standard and Poor’s, Fitch and Moody’s.\u0000 Scenarios of the world’s exit from the economic crisis, in which tourism plays one of the main roles, are proposed, and the consequences of the introduction of certain scenarios into their practical implementation are predicted.\u0000The chances of overcoming the crisis are assessed for Ukraine, which is lagging behind in the implementation of measures in support of the tourism sector, and poses a serious threat to the competitiveness of the industry in the international market during the forecast period of economic recovery. Attention is focused on the fact that financial reforms are being carried out in Ukraine, in which tourism accounts for a relatively small share in the country’s economy. Therefore, the recovery of the tourism segment of the country’s economy is possible under the V-shaped scenario, which will allow the tourism industry to be restored after the pandemic without significant losses. The ways of exit of Ukraine from the difficult economic situation in the tourism industry are determined and the development trends of the Ukrainian market of tourist services are predicted. Information about the strengths and weaknesses of the development of the world tourism market will help determine the most promising areas of activity in the tourism sector and predict the economic feasibility of introducing one direction or another into the public system of economic relations.","PeriodicalId":395338,"journal":{"name":"Intellect XXІ","volume":"76 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124851864","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article examines the activities of banks in the field of corporate social responsibility (CSR). CSR is considered not as separate programs of social and environmental direction, but as a tool for ensuring sustainable development. The purpose of the study is to generalize the directions of corporate social responsibility of banks in Ukraine, outline the best practices of CSR and identify the connection between their implementation and indicators of bank sustainability. To reach this aim the CSR of banks was divided into internal and external practices. It was determined that as of 2022, only three banks operating in Ukraine are participants in the Global Compact, and therefore have undertaken systematically work on the implementation of sustainable development goals. The indicators of the development of PJSC \"PUMB\" were analysed and it was established that the active position of the bank in the field of CSR is accompanied by the improvement of indicators of financial efficiency. Using the example of the largest Ukrainian banks, it is illustrated that activity in the field of CSR correlates with the growth of their reliability. Adherence to the principles of sustainable development is gradually becoming part of the banking strategies and corporate management of Ukrainian banks, which are increasingly actively implementing the concept of CSR. Formally measuring the benefits of CSR for banks in the short term is practically impossible and not advisable, since promoting sustainability is a \"long game\". An innovative tool that is used by banks in developed countries and should be used in Ukraine – loans linked to sustainable development (SLL) is presented. The number of employed migrants, the reduction of energy or water consumption by the company can be considered as an ESG benchmark. It is noted that the special role of CSR of banks will be manifested during the reconstruction of Ukraine after the war.","PeriodicalId":395338,"journal":{"name":"Intellect XXІ","volume":"208 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125686231","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is determined that for effective management it is important to distinguish between types of uncertainty: ignorance, uncertainty and risk, their essence and features of manifestation are considered. In the case of pandemic challenges, the levels of threats and risks become more complicated and increase, which makes the process of making adequate management decisions difficult, can lead to negative consequences of the functioning of supply chain. Uncertainty factors that need to be constantly taken into account in ensuring the viability and efficiency of supply chain are analyzed. In addition, the factors that can significantly affect the number of \"failures\" in the system - force majeure, natural disasters, political, financial crises, terrorism, piracy, various emergencies. It is established that the effectiveness of management decisions to increase the stability of supply chain will depend on activities to minimize the impact of subjectivity and objectivity of uncertainty of both internal and external environment, types of uncertainty and system elements that will shape the reliability and stability of supply chains. Under such conditions, managers will be able to make decisions that will maintain the required level of flexibility and adaptability of the system. In order to find ways to increase the level of reliability and stability of supply chains in difficult pandemic conditions, elements of stability are established, it is proposed to consider the reliability of supply chain through the probability of \"failure\" of the system within different components of supply chain infrastructure and flow processes. To meet the requirements of VUCA-world supply chain needs to use innovative approaches, diversity, build transparent information flows through trust throughout the supply chain, build an effective corporate culture that will include emotional resilience to constant challenges, social responsibility, continuous training and retraining, courage in making non-standard decisions.","PeriodicalId":395338,"journal":{"name":"Intellect XXІ","volume":"71 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125689711","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, a sufficient level of appropriations for science is one of the main conditions for the effective use of scientific potential as a leading factor of economic development. In the knowledge economy, public funding of science is seen as an investment in the future, which will ultimately bring high dividends to society as a whole. In order to function successfully, the field of education needs to be provided with sufficient amounts of financial resources. Education finance is a system of monetary relations regarding the formation, distribution and use of various financial resources or funds of funds. As a result of the implementation of these relations in educational activity, various funds of financial resources are formed, the purpose of which is to ensure the effective functioning of institutions of the education system. In recent decades, the financing of higher education has undergone significant changes throughout the world. In general, these changes are caused by the fact that the costs of financial support for higher education increase every year, and the rate of growth of higher education costs does not provide an opportunity to meet all needs. Accordingly, the majority of higher education institutions in the world began to face the problem of lack of financial resources for the implementation of educational activities. The main problem turned out to be that the needs for resources were growing rapidly, while the financial support of the state remained unchanged or even decreased. The article examines the peculiarities of financial provision of higher education in economically developed countries. The interdependence of the financial provision of higher education and the level of economic development of the state is substantiated. The problems of financing higher education in Ukraine and the countries of the world were studied; ways of diversifying sources of financial resources of higher educational institutions; state and trends of expenditures on higher education in the countries of the world. Features of management 3.0 as a complex adaptive system, which does not have a single and clear structure, are identified. Research and surveys show that the main obstacles to the adoption of flexible methods of software development (SOFTWARE) are traditional methods of change management, organizational culture, insufficient support from management, low level of staff training, and external pressure. Agile methodologies in personnel management are considered and it is found that the work of HR is not only to implement standards and monitor their implementation, but rather to make it easier for employees to solve problems and increase organizational flexibility. The great need now is the psychological support of employees. This is obvious, because even if we consciously understand what is happening in the world and in the market, our brain and body are stressed by the fact that the air constantly sounds information about threats (the spread of COVID-19, job losses associated with a pandemic, etc.), our routine has changed radically, work-life-balance has turned into work-life integration and we do not know how long it will last and what our style of work and life will look like in the future. Corporate psychologist, mindfulness coach, mental health consultant and other Groley specialists, who in crisis situations should play a key role in HRM in organizations that care about their employees and look long-term at business efficiency. Practice shows that for any enterprise, regardless of the form of management, size, direction of economic activity, personnel management is extremely important. No company will achieve the set goals without proper selection, placement of professionally trained human resources. This is a defining fact in the personnel management system. The study concludes that the HR function under the influence of digital and information technologies is evolving and becoming more intuitive, influencing the development of new roles, and to create a company that can be effective in the digital flow of change, you need to implement a human-centered approach to personnel management.","PeriodicalId":395338,"journal":{"name":"Intellect XXІ","volume":"222 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116533314","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
