Therefore, the strategy of sustainable development of the hotel industry, whose main activity is aimed at conserving natural resources - is a highly profitable business that can provide a significant contribution to the growth of gross domestic product at relatively low cost and short payback period.\u0000The aim of the article is to study the impact of the hotel industry on the natural and socio-cultural components of the environment. Identification of trends in the interaction of systems in accordance with modern concepts of sustainable development.\u0000It is substantiated that the concept of sustainable development of the tourism industry focuses on three aspects: economic, environmental and socio-cultural.\u0000It is established that hotels that use the strategy of sustainable development seek to reduce their impact on the environment through measures such as energy conservation, waste reduction and water conservation. In addition, hotels appeal to the environmental awareness of their guests, urging them to reuse towels and refrain from using disposable amenities. It has been proven that by implementing these measures, hotels contribute to the preservation of the environment and sustainable development, while attracting travelers who support this concept. Solutions already in use around the world include façade photovoltaic modules that convert high-rise walls into solar power plants. Energy savings can be achieved with modern full-fledged heating systems that use solar energy or other renewable energy sources. Corporate features of business social responsibility ensuring in joint-stock companies have been established. The structure and components interaction features of the joint-stock company's corporate social responsibility ensuring mechanism have been identified. The prerequisites for the corporation (an enterprise formed and operated in the organizational and legal form of a joint-stock company) subjectness achievement while establishing a set of business corporate social responsibility obligations has been determined. The connection nature between the target orientations of the joint-stock company stakeholder's involvement in corporate relations participation and corporate social responsibility obligations formation has been identified and systematized. The fundamental regularities of the joint-stock company stakeholder's reflexive interaction mental space formation have been considered through ensuring corporate social responsibility. The complex subject nature of the business's corporate social responsibility formation has been established as a consequence of achieving balance while satisfying both the equity investment specific contractual conditions and a joint-stock company's wide range of public obligations. The coalition nature of determining the joint-stock company's obligations and agreements regarding establishing the scope of corporate social responsibility has been revealed. The priority of the institutional toolkit usage to form and support the mechanism of ensuring a joint-stock company's corporate social responsibility has been proven. The unique reflexive nature of the requirements for the corporate culture mechanism forming within the joint-stock company's corporate social responsibility ensuring mechanism has been revealed. The crucial means for institutionalising a joint-stock company's requirements and obligations have been determined within the business's corporate social responsibility framework. This article analyses the peculiarities of improvisational management and the most important models of improvisational management, looks at how improvisation in management is related to competencies of its participants, what degrees it may have on different levels, and how strategic improvisation emerges. In order to improve the understanding of improvisational management in creative industries, the article analyses existing models of improvisational management that encompass learning, real-time decision-making, improvisational communication, collective improvisation, the improvisational process and the matrix of improvisation; moreover, the article discusses the levels of improvisational management, i.e., individual, interpersonal and organisational, as well as their interaction at different degrees of improvisation. The structure of the three-level management system of the enterprise is given. The levels of delimitation of responsibilities and empowerment of managers at different levels of management of the enterprise are determined. It is established that appropriately defined levels of delimitation of responsibilities and empowerment provide an opportunity to increase the level of control and provide an assessment of the activities of individual managers, the state of achievement of the goals of the company and the company itself. Subdivisions are defined as centers of responsibility for individual components of the process of information formation for the management of the enterprise. The principles of organization of division of responsibilities and empowerment are highlighted. The information on the organization of the account on the centers of responsibility, its essence and a technique of the organization is resulted. The essence and concept of accounting by centers of responsibility are given. It is determined that the ability to manage has certain limitations. It is established that in the case of growing business and complicating its structure, there is a need to distribute decision-making powers between different levels of government. Delegation of decision-making powers means decentralization of management. The advantages and disadvantages of delegating authority are presented.The first step in the organization of management accounting for the centers of responsibility is the allocation of appropriate centers in order to consolidate responsibility. In the process of allocating centers of responsibility, first of all, the organizational and technological structure of the enterprise is taken into account, job descriptions, which establish the rights and responsibilities of specific employees. {"title":"MARKETING OF LOCAL COMMUNITIES AS A TOOL FOR THEIR DEVELOPMENT","authors":"A. Lyndyuk","doi":"10.32782/2415-8801/2021-5.16","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32782/2415-8801/2021-5.16","url":null,"abstract":"The article discusses the peculiarities of local self-government in Ukraine as a result of the decentralization reform. New powers and capabilities of territorial communities have been defined; in particular, the emphasis is placed on financial capacity and managerial autonomy for decision-making, on the formation of competitiveness of a particular village, town or city. “Soft” and “tough” factors of social and economic development of territorial communities were formulated. Separately, the factors that hinder the development of territories are detailed, among which a significant place is taken by the insufficient level of qualification of hromadas’ leadership and, as a result, not realizing the importance of using modern tools in management activities. Based on the study of European experience, the essence and justified the importance of marketing territories in the local governance system has been clarified. It was also concluded that for the stable development of territorial communities, it is important to maintain a high level of their competitiveness, which is ensured through the use of specific marketing activities and mechanisms that explore the marketing of territories. The peculiarities and specific tasks of marketing management in territorial communities of Ukraine are investigated due to the fact that they are usually formed by amalgamation of many settlements. It is determined that the marketing management of hromadas is aimed at meeting the needs and desires, as well as improving the material conditions of residents of all settlements that are part of the territorial community is a strategic marketing goal of local self-government. The main purpose of marketing of the territorial community is detailed taking into account modern domestic realities, which involves influencing the opinions, moods and behavior of stakeholders by forming the right set of means and tools.
