The development of the task is achieved by using of set-theoretic analyses of all internal algorithms with a goal to open up in a step of the compilation independently of equivalence classes in the type of clusters. As a result, it solves a problem of opening up the set of all possible cluster structures, also it defines the analysis of explicit parallelism and used for choosing the MCNPS for designing a strategy for CPS realization. The suggested co-design is based on the formalization of one of the type models of knowledge, which is a production form for expert system design on one or more technical parameters. Studies were conducted in the MatLab environment on a simulation model of the power supply system, in which the connection of an arc furnace through two step-down transformers is considered. In this case, the model of an arc furnace according to the equivalent circuit is implemented with variable active-inductive resistance. The static var compensator model consists of four capacitive filters and a thyristor-reactor group (thyristor-controlled reactors). Comparing the results of modeling control systems with a fuzzy controller and an adaptive PI controller showed that the fuzzy controller copes better with maintaining a given voltage level and reactive power compensation. In a system with a fuzzy regulator, a smaller voltage deviation from the setpoint is observed, the transient process is shorter and the voltage more accurately reaches the specified level. Information about the local sea ice acoustic properties essentially helps to solve the problems of statistical forecasting of reflective and scattering properties of ice cover. The successful solution of these problems mostly depends on the metrological parameters of the probing signals emitted by the primary piezoelectric transducers. This means, that to increase the resolution of the control and measuring equipment it is better to radiate and to receive short acoustic pulses. The article presents the results of analysis the pulse mode of operation of cylindrical piezoelectric transducers designed to measure the velocity of sound in sea ice. To reduce the length of acoustic pulses, an inductive-resistive load is connected to the electrical input of the radiator. The length and the amplitude of the emitted acoustic pulse were estimated using equivalent circuits of piezoelectric transducers and a spectral method based on the Fourier transforms. The optimal parameters of the electrical circuit, ensuring the minimum length of the acoustic pulses are calculated. The technique of possible measurements is described. Models of these columns are printed using additive technology. We have carried out post-processing of these columns, their filling, performed an analysis of their sorption properties. It is shown that the characteristics of the obtained columns allow their use in microfluidic systems. We have chosen the following types of additive technologies for printing chromatographic columns: SLA (for creating a prototype) and SLM (for creating samples for research). We used software such as AutoCAD and Compass – 3D to design the column models. It is shown that the quality and accuracy of the manufactured columns depends on the choice of the software package. Printing a column prototype was carried out using the technology of polyurethane SLA-on by a 3D printer \"EDEN 350\". In the manufacture of the column was used technology PolyJet - layer-by-layer application of a photosensitive material and its subsequent curing with ultraviolet light. The use of additive technologies made it possible to optimize the geometry of the column, reduce its dimensions, create circular capillaries, manufacture additional elements for capillary fixation. Using SLM technology, powder steel column samples were printed. In this case was used the installation SLM 280HL, which implements the selective laser alloying of metal powder. The chromatographic properties of the prepared columns were investigated using a gas chromatograph \"Crystal 5000.2\" with a flame ionization detector at various pressures and temperature conditions. Investigations were conducted on natural gas (ethane, propane, isobutane, n-butane). The volume of the injected sample was 0.1 ml. Air was used as a carrier gas. The creation of any model of any technological process starts with its formal description. Any complex system can be represented by a number of interacting components. Every component is a part or a set of parts of a complex system and should have its mathematical description. Any component description can be performed in different ways in the form of a system of equations, a state machine, Petri net, a neural network, or another way. If the description of various components is performed in different ways, it will cause complications in further creation of the full formal description of a complex system. The authors have developed a mathematical apparatus which is divided in five stages. Presence of these elements, not attributable to the control object and occurring in the systems in certain cases, may affect the quality of control. This is manifested in increasing control error, increasing duration of transient process, loss in system stability, occurrence of self-oscillation regimes. Therefore, the adverse effect of the non-linear elements shall me eliminated in order to improve the control quality. The article describes the use of system of compensating generators, which introduce an auxiliary (compensating) deviation control signal. The paper considers the use of intelligent control system, which allows reduction of control error by using the fuzzy logic compensators. The article considers an advanced energy&resource saving unit for oil refining on the basis of an elechtromechanical energy converter with a combined structure using losses in the separator rotor-drum as “heating” losses for heating the separation product in the separator drum and losses of energy generated by the mandrel and the separator motor stator winding for separation product pre-heating. Further, the authors provide a mathematical model for electromagnetic and electromechanical transition processes.
