The local peaks were in 2011, 2014, 2015, and 2017. The mean lightning density was about 0.034 stroke/km2, it was corrected on the relative detection efficiency of the network. The regions of high lightning density are generally associated with cyclonic activity occurring to the south (southern region of Yakutia) and the terrain orography influence (high lightning density along the western slopes of the Verkhoyanskiy, Momskiy and Cherskiy ranges). The lightning density increases with height in Yakutia. The distribution of lightning density depending on elevation had two modes with different slopes of the linear increase. The lightning density is greater along western side of mountain chains. The maximum total number of lightning strokes was observed in 2017. The aim is to improve the accuracy of the evaluation of the shape and size of projections of internal cracks in the armature. The analysis is based on the classification of image elements by brightness threshold. In this case, it is complicated by the fact that the image has low contrast. To increase it, it is proposed to use an entropy filter whose window size is consistent with the noise level in the image. On a base of the proposed approach parameters values of PI-controller of underwater vehicle motion control system were found. Equation characterizing the structure of the device for the optimal estimation of the located object movement speed is given. Equation shown, that allows expressing the measurement accuracy of the located object and describes the dynamics of change of a posteriori error of the measured speed. The expressions are obtained to determine the relative measurement error of the object movement speed depending on the distance to the radar meter in the polar and Cartesian coordinate systems including with regard to the shape of the antenna radiation pattern of the meter. It is shown that the instantaneous relative speed measurement error depends on the trajectory and the speed of the located object. It is shown that in the presence of fluctuations in the signal reflected from the located object should be used a priori information about the statistical characteristics of the fluctuating parameter. We obtained the graphic dependencies allowing estimating the relative instantaneous error in measuring the speed of the located object for one of the typical cases of its movement. It is shown that an increase in the signal/noise ratio, the observation time and some parameters of the meter reduces the speed measurement error. One of such parameters is the inertia of the power fluid. Being formed in the transitional periods, the inertial forces have a significant impact on the basic parameters of the movement of the hydraulic hammer piston as well as on the dynamics of the power impulse hydraulic system. The dynamics of the hydraulic hammer piston during the reverse stroke is considered in the article. Based on mathematical modeling, the time to fill up the work chamber of the hydraulic cylinder of the hammer is determined. It presents the results of researching and evaluating the efficiency of chemical fuel cells for the autonomous energy supply of an industrial enterprise. Their design features, as well as the main advantages and disadvantages, are identified, and the existing types of fuel cells are compared and analyzed. The main focus is on the direct production of electricity in cells using molten carbonate. The results of calculations are given for fuel consumption rate, DC to AC transformation ratio, air consumption for fuel oxidation, per hour flow of the produced steam. The economic feasibility of the project is assessed. The IT system is used for registration and authorization of participants, publication of scientific projects, arranging contests, experts’ evaluation, winners’ determination, production of diplomas, administration of users, technical support. The article stresses the system design, the principles of data placement. In the article, a contest “Digital Surf 2019” that was hosted at Sholom-Aleichem Priamursky State University is described.
