The most vulnerable action on the data is its transmission. Common approach to data protection during its transmission is cryptography. But of course it has disadvantages. It is proposed to combine methods of cryptography with methods of steganography. Steganography ensures the secrecy of the transmitted data. And so the following approach is proposed. To ensure data integrity and authenticity the digital signature is calculated. To protect data content encryption is used. And at last to hide the fact of data transmission, the method of steganography is used. However, this combination is almost not specified, the various opinions about what does it mean are very different. Sometimes equipping an apartment building with an Internet network, video monitoring or separate waste bins are understood as the implementation of the Smart Home concept. Sometimes energy saving, alternative energy sources, environmental technologies are added here. Although such innovations are useful, they are not identical to the new approach that is expected with the introduction of such terminology, such as the Smart Home. In this paper, the critical features are given, according to the totality of which at home can be classified as smart, also given the classification of technologies used and planned for use. The concept of the Smart Home and Smart City fits into the state program “Digital Economy of Russia”, so it is advisable to consider it in conjunction with the developed technologies of this State Program. Equipping a dwelling with separate useful technical solutions based on digital technologies provides only a quantitative accumulation of amenities. A qualitative breakthrough towards a Smart Home can be made on the basis of the transfer to the control systems of a determining number of functions without loss of reliability, manageability, and individuality of the home. In particular, such surfaces include cellular surfaces of hulls and large shell structures of industrial products. The one-dimensionality of the analysis achieved by synthesizing one-dimensional structural approximation models of all horizontal and vertical lines of the image. The algorithms based on a general formal scheme of structural-approximation synthesis of one-dimensional images of objects with a regular structure, the use of which in various applications considered by the authors earlier in a number of publications. The proposed algorithms allow you to perform spatial identification of cells in the image from the camera. They can be used as part of software for metrological control of industrial products at the stage of preliminary input control. Particularly, there are many such of them in the Far North. Power supply of these settlements is seasonal and requires significant costs. On the other side, currently there are many solutions allowing replacing traditional energy resources with renewable ones, such as sun and wind. The article considers comprehensive issues on optimization of hybrid power systems (HPS). There is an optimization algorithm based on energy balance models from daily average to dynamic yearly hourly average. The algorithm is tested on data of one of the Khabarovsk Region settlements. The schemes of completion of two independent elements on two parameters and formation of a multidimensional selective group are shown. The model of the process of completion and assembly of elements is given, operating in multi-dimensional groups and allowing for the selected strategy to determine the total probability of obtaining accepted assembled sets, the probability of incomplete elements, forming work in progress and preliminary scrappage. Methods for reducing the probability of sorting errors are given. The mathematical model of the information-measuring system is constructed, which allows one to estimate the values of the parameters of the assembled elements in the presence of a priori information and measurement results. For this estimate, a recursion algorithm (the Kalman filter) is used in each cycle. It is suggested to perform the sorting process according to the values of the parameters estimates. In the article discusses the method for automatic design based on automated synthesis of Unified Modeling Language models of the application program to control the test stand. The method of its use in solving the problems of designing an instrumentation and control system for test bench of an unmanned aerial vehicle is described. The nonstationarity of operation modes and the high level of loads under the extreme conditions of the North and Arctic reduce the working life of the thermally stressed elements of power plants. In this regard, an urgent problem is the study of processes and factors affecting the development of high-temperature damage in such elements material. The purpose of the work is to assess the quality, actual state and mechanisms of metal degradation to identify the nature and causes of failures of heating surfaces tubes of boiler plants operating in the low climatic temperatures zone. The techniques used in this article include fractography, metallography, x-ray diffraction, mechanical testing, etc. A developed high-temperature degradation of the metal structure (grain growth, spheroidization of perlite, graphitization) was discovered, indicating that the design temperatures were exceeded (overheating) and reduced the resistance of the metal to the working environment aggressive exposure. The main mechanism of failure is the uneven internal electrochemical corrosion of metal (anodic dissolution processes), the development of which led to the formation of fistulas and emergency depressurization of boiler equipment. The leading role of thermal load as a stimulator of corrosion damage of tubes of boiler units heating surfaces in comparison with the influence of an active corrosive environment has been confirmed.
