The schemes of completion of two independent elements on two parameters and formation of a multidimensional selective group are shown. The model of the process of completion and assembly of elements is given, operating in multi-dimensional groups and allowing for the selected strategy to determine the total probability of obtaining accepted assembled sets, the probability of incomplete elements, forming work in progress and preliminary scrappage. Methods for reducing the probability of sorting errors are given. The mathematical model of the information-measuring system is constructed, which allows one to estimate the values of the parameters of the assembled elements in the presence of a priori information and measurement results. For this estimate, a recursion algorithm (the Kalman filter) is used in each cycle. It is suggested to perform the sorting process according to the values of the parameters estimates.
