The solution to this issue can be implemented through the use of relational structures, which increases efficiency and speeds up resource- intensive computing in practical work in the fields of industrial and fire safety. A method is proposed for optimizing the computation of the double integral, which describes, on the basis of the probit functions, the level of exposure of hazard factors to a possible accident on a long industrial equipment. Based on the proposed method, results are obtained for the case of deflagration combustion of a fuel-air mixture using the probit function Pr2 as an example, which is used to estimate the probability of destruction of industrial buildings during which buildings are to be demolished. The statistical results characterizing the effectiveness of the proposed optimization method are presented.","PeriodicalId":395247,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Multi-Conference on Industrial Engineering and Modern Technologies (FarEastCon)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121288701","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A big amount of side gases during different technological processes can be recycled into useful energy or warmth. Co-generation stations seem to be a perspective solution for recycling results of these activities with minimal environmental casualties. The present research describes an improvement that was made with cooling system of methane-gas before its combustion in cogeneration modules. The obtained benefits result in cost savings, automatization of existing technological process and increased safety for the workers.","PeriodicalId":395247,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Multi-Conference on Industrial Engineering and Modern Technologies (FarEastCon)","volume":"125 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123126621","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For this, on was compiled the Fuel and Energy Balance of boiler and furnace fuel used in the Arctic zone for 2017. It should be noted that all diesel is imported into the Republic from outside. Diesel for the electric plants is imported and transported in difficult logistic. The prime cost of electricity production at Diesel Power Plants far exceeds the approved regulated tariffs. Each year, the rise in price of diesel leads not only to an increase in the cost of electricity production, but also to an increase in cross-subsidies. Therefore, the dynamics of average selling prices is growing, also subsidies too. At the same time, the growth rate of real incomes of the population is decreasing. Based on this analysis, a forecast is made for the growth of cross-subsidies until 2023.","PeriodicalId":395247,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Multi-Conference on Industrial Engineering and Modern Technologies (FarEastCon)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121114701","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The alternative methodology is fundamentally different from the generally accepted valuation concept of valuation, which is based on the CBA method (cost-benefit analysis) and the “Cash flow” method. The basis of this methodology is taking into account noneconomic characteristics (parameters, indicators), which is particularly relevant for making an objective decision on the implementation of the estimated project of global and national economic significance level.The author’s methodology is based on the mandatory accounting of the whole complex of developed non-economic parameters (indicators). At the moment, a list of 26 parameters classified into six groups is offered. Six economic parameters are also estimated. All parameters are presented in quantitative scales of clear, fuzzy sets and in qualitative scales (points). The program script in the MATLAB environment allows us to simplify the introduction of an array of source data, an array of constraints; to unify the presentation of assessment results (comparative tables, charts) and to make calculations using the programmed method models easily. The method has the potential to be modified, improved, especially in the aspect of taking into account qualitative non-economic parameters of the assessment.","PeriodicalId":395247,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Multi-Conference on Industrial Engineering and Modern Technologies (FarEastCon)","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116099439","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To provide a hot reserve during the power consumption decline, the efficiency of its usage at different power levels, a no-load operation and driving mode operation is determined. In the context of the changing tariffs for night-time hours, the conditions for the most effective modes in the absence or availability of power fees during the power decay are determined. In case of the charges for power during the energy usage reduction, all the considered modes will become economically justified, but their efficiency will differ depending on deregulated electricity tariffs.","PeriodicalId":395247,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Multi-Conference on Industrial Engineering and Modern Technologies (FarEastCon)","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120966748","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article calculates and selects the solar power supply for the autonomous power supply of the recreation center in the highlands. An analysis of the overall situation of solar energy in the world was presented. It is revealed that due to the length of the territory of Russia, the levels of solar radiation in different regions vary considerably. The useful specific solar energy of the Tsey gorge in the Alagir region of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania has been determined. Various factors contributing to an efficiency increase of a solar power plant are considered. The use of a solar power station for electricity supply to consumers in mountainous areas can be considered economically justified, assuming that the payback period was 6.7 years, while the average payback period in the Russian Federation for stations of this type is 17 years.","PeriodicalId":395247,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Multi-Conference on Industrial Engineering and Modern Technologies (FarEastCon)","volume":"48 14","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"113936251","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To transmit control commands, a modified method of amplitude modulation is used, which has a minimal impact on the power supply network. The peculiarity of this method is the use as markers of half – wave voltage with an amplitude of 10…15% less than the amplitude of the half-wave voltage of the network, and as an information base-the half-wave voltage of the network.One of the main components of the lamp is the scheme of marker allocation from the mains voltage. The marker is needed to obtain information from the PLC signal by the microcontroller of the lamp. Difficulties of the selection marker are associated with insignificant difference from the usual modulated half waves, and with the instability of the level of the mains voltage.Two alternative analog circuits for marker selection are proposed, their modeling and experimental testing are carried out. Graphs of transients in the schemes are obtained and analyzed. The scheme allowing adapting to instability of a level of network voltage and at the same time providing the required sensitivity for detection of a marker is chosen.","PeriodicalId":395247,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Multi-Conference on Industrial Engineering and Modern Technologies (FarEastCon)","volume":"2017 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126977151","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
