Under the influence of the ingoing flows of solar energy as a primary and main source of the life on the Earth, the global hydrological cycle (577,000 km3) takes place and makes conditions for the natural hydrological processes in the formation of water resources in the spatial limits of the river basin geo-systems which are used and have the big prospect for their utilization as a renewable energy source of electricity generation by hydroelectric power stations and pumped storage hydroelectric power plants. The development of electricity generating capacities by small hydropower engineering is one of the most promising directions in view of the existing growth of energy consumption all over the world and in the Russian Federation in particular [2,4].","PeriodicalId":395247,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Multi-Conference on Industrial Engineering and Modern Technologies (FarEastCon)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129722573","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this case, if a large number of terms of the sequence is used, an acceptable error of the description can be obtained. The analysis of characteristics of the non-Gaussian random process by the method of cumulant functions for a linear system is carried out. Here, the random process is given by a set of cumulant functions, whereas the linear system is described by a certain differentiation operator. It is shown that the stationarity of the input process determines the stationarity of the output process. The values of a cumulant function of the second order for a given process at the output of a linear system are determined. We also determined cumulant functions of derivatives of random processes. It is shown that cumulant functions at the output of the linear system can be determined by using a transition function of the linear system. The characteristics of the non-Gaussian random process for an ideal linear filter are analyzed by the method of cumulant functions. Expressions for cumulant functions of two-moment probability density functions at the output of the filter and expressions describing the spectra of the above-mentioned cumulant functions are obtained. The characteristics of the nonGaussian random process for the nonlinear differentiating system are analyzed by the method of cumulant functions. The expressions for determining the spectra of cumulant functions of the first four orders are given. The dependence graphs of normalized spectra of cumulant functions for the analyzed nonlinear system are obtained. Each of the spectra contains both low-frequency and high-frequency components.","PeriodicalId":395247,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Multi-Conference on Industrial Engineering and Modern Technologies (FarEastCon)","volume":"72 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126922086","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Attention is focused on the complex nature of the applied remote technologies for measuring human bio-parameters. Optical long wave infrared technology highlighted as the most promising. It is shown that the movement of air masses with different temperatures is a destabilizing factor that reduces the accuracy of dynamic temperature measurements of informative areas of the face. An approach is proposed that allows minimizing the effect of this factor by measuring and compensating for temperature disturbances in the air near the face. The implementation of the approach in practice makes it possible to improve the signal-to-noise ratio when digitally processing an image of a person in the infrared range.","PeriodicalId":395247,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Multi-Conference on Industrial Engineering and Modern Technologies (FarEastCon)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130648996","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The importance of taking into account the gap between the ball and the channel of the mechanism is shown. Using the ANSYS CFX software package, the gas flow in a sickle-shaped gap was simulated in a static and dynamic (with rotation and movement of a ball) formulation. It is shown that the discrepancy in the speed of the ball is not more than 0.01%. An approximation formula was obtained to take into account the cross-section area coefficient of the Re number, but with a sufficient degree of accuracy, the cross-section area coefficient in the gap of 0.94 0.95 can be taken. The data obtained may also be useful in the great project of Gunnery Fire Control Group of the creating a model of a smooth-bore muzzle-loading gun, and, with allowance for the area of rifling grooves, apply equally well to certain muzzle-loading rifled guns.","PeriodicalId":395247,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Multi-Conference on Industrial Engineering and Modern Technologies (FarEastCon)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130875147","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
