Abstract

The practice of creating fire-tube boilers is based on the basis of an extensive list of manufacturing companies that use many years of experience in the production of various types of boilers. However, there is no design basis for the development of hot-water fire tube boilers [1, 2]. Practically only regulatory data and requirements for the use, testing, and safe operation of such boilers are available [3, 4]. At the same time, the designs of modern fire-tube boilers have well-developed, identified in the overwhelming majority of cases, the schemes of organization of furnace processes, the movement of combustion products and the hydraulic conditions of movement of the coolant (water).
