The article considers an advanced energy&resource saving unit for oil refining on the basis of an elechtromechanical energy converter with a combined structure using losses in the separator rotor-drum as “heating” losses for heating the separation product in the separator drum and losses of energy generated by the mandrel and the separator motor stator winding for separation product pre-heating. Further, the authors provide a mathematical model for electromagnetic and electromechanical transition processes. Abstract
