The study employed a descriptive and exploratory research design. The secondary data covers 26 years from 1995 to 2020 and was collected from various economic surveys in Nepal. Econometric tools like descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, Augmented–Dickey-Fuller test, unit root testing, regression analysis, and ex-post forecasting are used to explore the prediction of the dependent variable. For model validity, the researchers utilized the LM test and Jarque-Bera test. There is a moderately positive relationship between government expenditure and the resource gap, however, there is a negative impact of government revenue on the government resource gap in Nepal. Government expenditure and income are individually significant in determining the size of the resource gap in Nepal. The value of the root mean squared error is 0.986, which is very small. Therefore, the gap between the actual value and the predicted value is small, and they move together. It is suggested that policymakers increase revenue and manage government expenditure based on ground reality to decrease the resource gap. A government resource gap study can assist policymakers in determining how their present resource levels are assisting them in meeting their objectives. The philosophy of niskāma karma is a doctrine to consider being the ground stone of the entire Hindu philosophical outlook. The theory of karma is based on the niskām-karma. This research article addresses human beings to give up the attachment and the fruit regarding the karma. The objectives of this research are to highlight the importance of niskāma karma for human beings and to show how Śrī Kṛṣṇa motivates Arjuna to perform niskām-karma. The analysis is primarily based on Swāmī Vevekānanda's karma theory which confirms the realization of righteousness and God from niskāma karma. The researcher has used English translation of the Sanskrit text of Franklin Edgerton as the primary text. The findings of this investigation endow with evidences that the text has used niskāma karma to motivate human beings to do the same for self-satisfaction, righteousness, and justice in society following the footsteps of Śrī Kṛṣṇa. The film presents the fluid lives and ways of the Limbu people in rural eastern Nepal. It depicts a young girl’s struggle with cultural traditions, and the impact of her actions on her community. Numa‘s struggles characterize the lives of other young Nepali women, and are in a dilemma. In spite of hardship and complexity, they must continue fulfilling their desires and cultural traditions. Thus, the paper analyzes the performance art of the ethnic rituals practiced in Limbu culture. To interpret the text, the paper writer uses the critical perspectives from Richard Schechter particularly, Erving Goffman, and Bernhard Giessen and Victor Turner as a theoretical framework. Schechner views that performance art, rituals, or ordinary lives are the restored behaviors because people train and rehearse these behaviors over many times. Everyday life involves years of training and practice, and of performing one’s life roles in relation to social and personal circumstances. In the performing arts or everyday life, performances include ritualized gestures and noises. Performing arts gesture their presentations, and accentuate artistic behaviors. A performance shows highly stylized behavior such as in ballet, or the dance-dramas of the groups. Thus, the paper argues that the movie shares the elements of performance and ritualized behaviors in the indigenous culture and people. In the movie, the central character marries, remarries and elopes in ethnic culture and society. Based on the centuries long trend of Nepali people’s migration across the border and the pains they have been undergoing, the novel has presented three types of characters to show the types of Nepali transnational community living in India and Bhutan. The first type is that of transnational mobiles who leave Nepal for job and education, want to return to Nepal and cannot have any type of permanent settlement in the hostland. The main character Sutar is one of such characters. The highest number of characters in the novel is of this type. The second type of characters are diasporic ones who have left Nepal and have been permanently settled in Bhutan. Characters from the Nepali speaking community in Bhutan are of this type. The lowest number of characters in the novel are transnational outsiders who visit India from Nepal for a short time. The people who go for pilgrimage and cross-border purchase of everyday goods are the characters of this type. The discussion section of the article analyses the causes and effects of such migration resulting into the creation of such characters. The theoretical modality used for the analysis is Janine Dahinden and Steven Vertovec’s ideas of transnationalism. The article Social Exclusion and Inclusion tries to address the issue raised in the discourse of social inclusion. Similarly, it tries to explore the issue of social exclusion and inclusion from new line. Article is based on the review of the several articles published addressing the issue of social exclusion and inclusion. In introduction, I have mentioned the context and origin of social exclusion and inclusion debate. Different views of various renowned scholars on Social Exclusion and Inclusion have been mentioned. In Nepalese context, political movement and academic effort of social exclusion and inclusion have been discussed. The achievement that excluded group got in the Constitution and other Acts from the political and other inclusion movement have been disclosed here. In Nepal, there are three types of notions/domains: Inclusive based on Caste Ethnicity, Economy Prosperity and Meritocracy. Attitude towards online shopping, perceived customer service, quality, and price fairness may also determine the prospects' intention to buy or not. Amid Covid-19, many traditional stores adopted digital platforms to reach and serve customers. In this context, this study aimed to examine how the attitude towards online shopping, prospects' perception of customer service of online stores, quality perception, and price fairness perception affect purchase intention. This study used the Ordinary Least Square model to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. 3 presents the Correlation between the variables attitude, perceived customer service, quality, price fairness, and purchase intention of the respondents. The correlation test revealed significant positive correlations between the stated variables. The study employed a survey method to collect data from 425 respondents, using a structured-self administered questionnaire. The collected data were coded, entered, and analyzed in Statistical Package for Social Science (25). The result of the study indicated a significant positive impact of attitude, perceived customer service, quality perception, and price fairness perception on purchase intention. The contribution of this study highlights the positive impact of the stated variables on the purchase intention of the prospects in the Nepalese social context.
