One way to generate loyal customers is by implementing a loyalty program. This study designs a loyalty program that meets customer preferences for a small enterprise that sells hijab online. Preferences of loyal customers were identified using choice-based conjoint analysis because this method can provide increased realism in the evaluation of an object. Two schemes of the loyalty program are generated. Economic analysis shows that by implementing the loyalty program, the company needs 36% of loyal customers to achieve the same amount of revenue.","PeriodicalId":391845,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Industrial and Business Engineering","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129178824","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Furthermore, since one supplier can supply multiple customers at the same time, this paper transforms the one-to-many two-sided matching problem between the resource demanders and the resource providers into a one-to-one two-sided matching problem, and uses the Gale-Shapley algorithm to solve it. Finally, a practical example illustrates the effectiveness of the method. This changing transport behavior is affecting city's economy and environment in terms of producing more economic movements, but at the same time generating more vehicular emissions. Assessing the impacts of this new mobility paradigm is critical, particularly whether it supports or limits city's government targets on reducing emission by 30% and maintaining average economic growth at 7% by 2030. In this paper, we focus our impact analysis on the contribution of online motorcycle taxis in driving various on-demand services such as ride-hailing and essential deliveries towards emission level in Jakarta using system dynamics modelling. The analyses further assess its advanced implications on economic and environmental indicators under three different shares of transport mode scenarios: Public-Online Transport Collaboration, Online Transport Glory, and Luxury Paradigm. The result shows that online motorbike taxi had the lowest energy consumption value and there were economic losses due to the impact of pollution that occurred in DKI Jakarta at this time. Therefore, there needs to be an intervention to achieve the government's target in 2030, one effective effort is by limiting the online use of motorcycle taxis by limiting the growth in the number of drivers and increasing tariffs per kilometer for online motorcycle taxis","PeriodicalId":391845,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Industrial and Business Engineering","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127091931","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, in related companies, it was found that users had a level of brain ware readiness that needed research in this regard. This study aims to formulate a strategy for the level of readiness and intentions of e procurement users using a technology readiness index that refers to the level of technology adoption depending on the level of intermediate level of readiness and the technology readiness model and acceptance model showing significant factors in the adoption of e-procurement technology are Insecurity and Behavior Intention. The analysis was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all e-procurement users in PX company Then the strategy design is carried out using the Impact-Performance Analysis (IPA) diagram by experts trained on the use of e-procurement in companies with the contribution of priority strategies is to change manual input activities to be automated with integrated e-procurement systems in some forms such as contract storage with vendor contact information and payment terms integrated into e-procurement and the integration of features comparing prices directly from various sellers so there is no need to search information separately.","PeriodicalId":391845,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Industrial and Business Engineering","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134481127","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research sample takes all listed firms as full research sample. Next, this study divides the sample into leasing asset sensitive industries and non-sensitive industries, and discusses separately. First, paired sample T test is adopted to detect whether the financial ratios are affected significantly after implementing IFRS 16. It is found that debt ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover ratio and depreciation expenses are all significantly changed whether in sensitive or non-sensitive industries. However, current ratio and interest expense rate have not changed. Based on Ohlson evaluation model, this study examines the value-relevance effect of net income, equity book value on the stock price after adopting IFRS 16. When testing with 2018 and 2019 third quarter financial data, equity book value and earning per share all have higher value relevance on stock price after adopting IFRS 16. However, in terms of annual data, the degree of influence is all not significant. It might be that, since the IFRS 16 leasing assets and liabilities have been revealed in the interim financial report, the stock price has been reflected in the middle of the year. It is also possible that when annual report is announced, the stock price of each company has fallen sharply due to the impact of COVID-19, and financial information is no longer value-relevant.","PeriodicalId":391845,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Industrial and Business Engineering","volume":"364 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132623779","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Acceleration of EV adoption through better policies and regulations is critical to help to achieve the Indonesian government's commitment to reduce the greenhouse gases (GHG) emissions by 29% in 2030. Understanding the EV market and its structural barriers that dampen the policies bring promising outcomes for delivering the intended results of emission reduction. Moreover, the multi-actor perspectives and interests within the EV market also highlight a dynamic and complex nature, characterizing the system observed. By taking a systems view, this paper aims to analyze the market structure and challenges for government policies to promote EV adoption and explore how these strategies would affect Indonesia's sustainable development using a conceptual approach of system dynamics modeling. The model forms six reinforcing and three balancing loops categorized into five essential aspects in EV adoption: vehicle repurchasing, technology shifting, infrastructure development, and commercial-induced buying for both first-time and repurchased consumers. This result shows that pricing, infrastructure development, and perceived social utility are the most determining factors for increasing willingness to adopt EV. Innovation and education aspects also emphasize a specific role in catalyzing a higher adoption rate.","PeriodicalId":391845,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Industrial and Business Engineering","volume":"79 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125072370","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thus, when compiling a business plan, the use of decision support tools can improve the presented solutions. This paper presents a method for the geolocation of a new industrial plant, to become competitive in the customer mind-set. An innovative project in the E-mobility sector of a company based in Europe concerned a partnership with a corporation and required a new plant located in the US. The problem of the geolocation is solved using a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process approach. Ten key factors that could potentially affect the location of a newcomer in the US have been selected and analyzed, and the State for the optimal location identified.","PeriodicalId":391845,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Industrial and Business Engineering","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130560517","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is made for the ease of access for both the bus trip administrators and the bus users. It maintains all customer details, their bus information which includes their bus route, bus seat, bus trip arrival time, bus trip destination time, and bus fare. To gather data, the researchers use Google Forms since it is not possible for the researchers to gather data physically since there is a pandemic which hinders the researchers from going outside. The application achieved is capable of checking the reservations made by a certain person which includes their personal information and bus seat reservation information. Despite the existence of the application, there is still a need for usage of Email for sending the confirmation email and also for the ticket which can be presented to the person-in-charge of the bus trip on the day of the trip. This study is conducted to see if there is an impact on the bus users if instead of going to the bus companies themselves to reserve a bus seat, they can reserve the bus seats online and also to determine what options do passengers need when it comes to an improved bus reservation system.","PeriodicalId":391845,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Industrial and Business Engineering","volume":"38 3","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131688010","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
