Abstract

This paper analyzes the characteristics of the matching process of complex product R&D resources, and establishes a R&D resource matching model based on the idea of two-sided matching. Furthermore, since one supplier can supply multiple customers at the same time, this paper transforms the one-to-many two-sided matching problem between the resource demanders and the resource providers into a one-to-one two-sided matching problem, and uses the Gale-Shapley algorithm to solve it. Finally, a practical example illustrates the effectiveness of the method. With the rapid development of public service platforms and industrial Internet platforms, this method has practical value.
