However, based on preliminary studies, it was found that there are still many users who experience difficulties when using the MRT Jakarta mobile application. For this reason, the application's user interface is needed to be redesigned to make it easier for users to use it. This research mainly uses the Usability Testing method. In conducting Usability Testing, Performance Measurement is used to measure the application usability quantitatively, Retrospective Think Aloud, to find out the responses or suggestions from users, and USE Questionnaire (Usefulness, Satisfaction, and Ease of Use Questionnaire) to find out the general subjective assessment from users about the MRT Jakarta mobile application. This study provides new improved design recommendation for the MRT Jakarta Mobile Application, that refers to Material Design and 10 Usability Heuristics for User Interface Design by Nielsen. The results of this study indicate that the redesigned user interface is proven to have a better usability level than the previous design.","PeriodicalId":391845,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Industrial and Business Engineering","volume":"263 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121210009","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, there are some challenges that developers faced in terms of technical, financial, and political challenges. Thus, making geothermal projects less attractive for investors to invest in this energy sector. Notably, the financial challenge that will be close attention for private sectors to tackle. Feasible financing is needed to tackle this issue to attract more investors. This paper aims to analyze the feasibility of a geothermal project in Lumut Balai geothermal power plant by formulating the optimal and efficient financial modeling and performing a probabilistic approach using Monte Carlo simulation. In this regard, the impact of feed-in-tariff will be assessed through three scenarios that will be simulated in the model. The results indicate that feed-in-tariff plays a significant role in determining the attractiveness of a geothermal project in Indonesia.","PeriodicalId":391845,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Industrial and Business Engineering","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114648060","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the technologies that has begun to be implemented and developed is Electronic Medical Record (EMR). However, many hospitals in Indonesia have not very successful in the implementation of the EMR. Previous studies mentioned that the readiness and acceptance of a technology will affect the successful implementation of the technology. Therefore, in this study we analyze the effect of each variable on the acceptance of EMR technology using Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model (TRAM) to identify which factor acts as a key “driver” on the acceptance of EMR. We used PLS-SEM to examine and test the model. From the analysis conducted in this study, it was found that the personality traits – in the form of technology readiness variables – have no significant effect on the acceptance of EMR technology. This study also found that perceived ease of use is the factor that has a significant direct influence on the acceptance of EMR and innovativeness is the factor that has a significant indirect influence on the acceptance of EMR technology in hospitals in Indonesia. These two influential variables are then used as the basis for deciding a strategy to improve the implementation of EMR.","PeriodicalId":391845,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Industrial and Business Engineering","volume":"377 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114720949","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
