This study aims at investigating the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of e-learning within the learning process. The development model used in this study was the ADDIE model consisting of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The trial subjects in this study were 13 students of Physics Education Department of Universitas Papua who enrolled in Physics 101 during the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic year. The appropriateness of elearning media was obtained through the feedback sheet filled by seven validators, which consisted of learning media experts and practitioners, whereas, effectiveness and practicality of the e-learning media were obtained through students’ responses following the learning process. This study reveals that the developed learning media is within appropriate categories in all its aspects, such as layout, navigation aspect, function aspect, and pedagogical aspect. The students’ responses on the utilization of this e-learning media turn out to be effective and practical in each aspect of the assessment. But the fulfillment and needs of the MRT are not yet known whether it meets the criteria or not, one of the criteria is user access, direction, etc. Therefore the criteria for this criterion will be reviewed and will be compared between the Cipete MRT station and the Haji station nawi which will be discussed in the case study. This research method will be carried out by explaining the theory of accessibility, diffable accessibility and experiential landscape theory. In this theory, it will explain whether effectiveness, accessibility and justice at the Haji Nawi and Cipete stations are fulfilled and also whether this station has considered supporting facilities. Then in this theory the conclusion is where the haji nawi and cipete stations have provided access and diffable facilities. This study found that a station must have access and facilities for disabled people in the form of \"tactile\" and special elevators then there must be a sign edge at the gate, direction of arrival, or transition area then there must be a waiting facility in the form of seating that can be used by MRT users . The Central Public Hospital of Dr. Sardjito, Yogyakarta, where the level of satisfaction of Outpatient Installation patients does not meet the minimum hospital service standards. The results of a real system simulation also prove that for 93.23% of the total time, the patient in the system isallocated waiting time for the service of around 4.82 hours. This proves that the patient's waiting time is still far below the hospital's minimum service standard. The high number of patients plus too many procedures to be undergone coupled with an overworked nursing entity results in long queues and bottlenecks. The purpose of this paper is to improve the patient care system through the Lean healthcare approach with a VSM tool, combined with modeling and a simulation system to observe changes from each alternative produced. Based on VSM analysis, three waste problems from each NVA and NNVA were obtained. Therefore, it is important to implement Government Regulation of 2016 about the Protection and Management of Peat Ecosystems to meet the basic needs of the community from local resources. The problem is what is the government’s effort to improve the realization of food sufficiency through the use of peatlands and what is the legal basis above that. The research methods use a normative juridical method, by used secondary data obtained through study literature and analysed qualitatively. The results and discussion of this research are that the government’s efforts in applying standard technology efficiently produce useful results with the use of peat as a solution to food security through a touch of technology. The legal basis is the Presidential Regulation of 2016 about Peat Restoration Agency, which functions to accelerate the restoration of the area and restore the hydrological functions of peat due to forest and land fires in a special, systematic, directed, integrated and comprehensive manner.Keywords: Food Availability, Peatlands, Technology Abstrak:Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa problematika dengan penggunaan teknologi gambut karena laju konversi lahan pertanian, perluasan lahan pertanian, dan peningkatan produksi tanaman pangan tidak optimal, meskipun solusi jangka panjang untuk krisis kebakaran dan kabut. Karena itu, penting untuk menerapkan Peraturan Pemerintah 2016 tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Ekosistem Gambut untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar masyarakat dari sumber daya lokal. Masalahnya adalah apa upaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan realisasi kecukupan pangan melalui penggunaan lahan gambut dan apa dasar hukum di atas itu. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode yuridis normatif, dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui studi pustaka dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil dan diskusi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa upaya pemerintah dalam menerapkan teknologi standar secara efisien menghasilkan hasil yang bermanfaat dengan penggunaan gambut sebagai solusi untuk ketahanan pangan melalui sentuhan teknologi. The teacher argues to uphold discipline for students at school. Teacher violence against students (children) is not justified in the basic philosophy of education. Responsibility for criminal acts of violence committed by teachers against children in school refers to Article 76C of Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection which states that: \"Every person is prohibited from placing, letting, doing, ordering or participating in committing violence against children.\" Meanwhile, sanctions for teachers who violate the article above are regulated in Article 80 of Law Number 35 of 2014 and it is fitting for students in schools to get protection from violent behavior by teachers in the form of physical and psychological violence. Sleman as One of the regency in Yogyakarta had not enough regional original income (PAD) in order to invest in capital expenditure, especially for the information technology. So that collecting and maximizing the potential original incomes (PAD), especially regional taxes then is less than optimal. It is important to examine how the attitude or ethics of taxpayers in Yogyakarta to ensure information technology is urgently used as a driving force for increasing PAD, especially regional taxes. Using questionnaires distributed to the taxpayers of Pratama tax office (KPP) in Yogyakarta, we collect data to obtain primary data representing perceptions of taxpayer attitudes and ethics in Yogyakarta. Using the data from the questionnaires we examined and analyzed whether empirical taxation systems, taxation sanctions, fairness, discrimination, and probability of cheat detect is related to the taxpayer's perception of the ethics of tax evasion. The research population is all individual taxpayers registered with the KPP Pratama in Yogyakarta. We used the convenience sampling method. The data analyzed by multiple linear regression. The result is: (1). the taxation system has a negative influence on the perception of taxpayers regarding the ethics of tax evasion; (2). tax sanctions do not have a significant positive influence on the perception of taxpayers regarding the ethics of tax evasion; (3). justice has a positive influence on the perception of taxpayers regarding the ethics of tax evasion; (4). discrimination does not have a negative influence on the perception of taxpayers regarding the ethics of tax evasion; (5). probability of cheat detect has a negative influence on the perception of taxpayers regarding the ethics of tax evasion. Interesting findings that the probability of cheat detect causes taxpayers to ethically embezzle taxes.
