The village people have the freedom to use their right to vote in the candidate of the kuwu in accordance with their wishes. Every kuwu candidate and his supporters try to influence the people's suffrage in order to win the kuwu election. Kuwu candidates who get the most votes are declared as candidates for the election winners. What factors influenced the victory of the Kuwu election? This is an interesting problem that needs to be known. The results of empirical research on the practice of the election of the kuwu show that the family relationship between the voters and the candidate of the kuwu is the factor that most influences the victory of the kuwu election. Achievement and wealth factors of the prospective kuwu are the second and third factors that can influence the victory of the kuwu election in Indramayu Regency.","PeriodicalId":382827,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Tarumanagara International Conference on the Applications of Social Sciences and Humanities (TICASH 2019)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127698450","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Although ProQOL has been widely adapted, only few have evaluated its psychometric properties and predominantly used in medical nurse populations. The current study aims to evaluate the psychometric properties of ProQOL in special education teachers which often exposed by secondary trauma and burnout as helping professional. Research uses quantitative study to assess the correlation between ProQOL with Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) and Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), difference in demographic data though ANOVA and Independent Sample T-Test, and item validity through confirmatory factor analysis. Result shows that there is evidence of content validity through expert judgement. Criterion-related (concurrent) validity was evidenced by coefficient correlations of ProQOL, DASS, and SWLS, as predicted by theory. CFA ProQOL shows adequate model fit to data, with respect to some items being eliminated from the original instrument. Overall, ProQOL in special education teacher that has been adapted to Bahasa Indonesia has adequate evidence of content validity, construct validity, and criterion related validity.","PeriodicalId":382827,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Tarumanagara International Conference on the Applications of Social Sciences and Humanities (TICASH 2019)","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126569326","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study subjects consisted of 49 program residents who used drugs before admission to the program, and 49 families or caregivers. The median of age was 23 years old (IQR 19 – 27). The median of age when using the drug for the first time was 18 years old (IQR 16 – 21). All the rehabilitation residents were male and Muslim. On average, the residents reported that they had used drugs for approximately 6.3 years, while their family reported an average of 3.2 years (t=4.7, p = 0.001). Out of 49 ex-users who have had attended a drug rehabilitation program, 12 persons (24.5%) declared that they have relapsed, while the remaining 37 (75.5%) were free from using the drug. This information was also confirmed by their families or caregivers. The finding of a quarter of residents who relapse following the drug rehabilitation program was relevant to the relapse rate reported in other countries. A longer follows up study is suggested to evaluate the success of such detoxificationrehabilitation program in a longer period.","PeriodicalId":382827,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Tarumanagara International Conference on the Applications of Social Sciences and Humanities (TICASH 2019)","volume":"117 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132997081","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
