This research is conducted to investigate the impact of perceived organizational support and psychological capital towards work performance of the nurses at X Mental Hospital in Jakarta, Indonesia (n=140). Applying the non-experimental quantitative research method, data is collected by distributing questionnaires to the participants and analysed by using linear regression analysis method.
