摘要

本研究的目的是评估教师工作组持续专业发展计划在前因、交易和结果三个层面的实施情况。本文采用Stkaes的持续性评价模型进行了定性研究,并在雅加达市北部的教师工作组中继续进行。资料采用参与式观察法,采用访谈观察法、文献研究法和问卷调查法。研究的结果表明,在前期级别,民谣钢弦缺乏suffort ical政府如prowding recource人教导,发现在事务级别显示持续的职业发展的规划和实施是不基于教师能力的需要和carier也没有反馈持续和结果的评估水平的产品持续的职业发展并没有被使用提升教师素质。该研究的结论是,教师工作组持续专业发展项目的实施效果较差,效率较低,当地政府对该项目的支持锁定在有效和高效的总体规划进展,监控和评估项目上。尽管该项目的结果影响了绩效评估的结果和学生的成就,但它对能力和职业升级没有贡献。它建议当地政府需要。改善教师管理,支持该计划,特别是全面和战略性地提高教师资本。
