The high enthusiastic consumer through online shopping method is inseparable from the perceived risk that consumer will face. Consumers' perceived risk has been considered as a fundamental concern of the purchase decision process. This research aims to know the relationship between the perceived risk and the purchase decision on online shop consumer. The total participants in this research are 385 people. This research was using accidental sampling and snowball sampling. The results of this research show that there is a negative and significant relationship (r =-0,517 **, p = 0000 < 0.05) between perceived risk with purchase decisions on online shop consumers. This research also found that all dimensions of perceived risk have negative and significant relationships with the purchase decision. At the same time, there is one thing that needs to be known. The early generation Z began to enter the professional world. So that it can be ensured that Generation X will be their leader and Generation Z must work under them. Organizations must be able to see that the differences between these generations must be managed. NET. (News Entertainment Television) cannot be separated from this situation. NET. the management of the two generations is important to maximize their performance, one of which is by managing the physical structure of the organization, leadership, and internal communication. The purpose of this study was to find out how the internet generation model in the management of media institutions applied by NET. By using organizational communication theory, it is hoped that it can help explain this phenomenon from scientific communication. The approach used in this study is qualitative with phenomenology. The results of this study are internal communication and the physical structure of the organization, transformational leadership styles are found to be effective in dealing with Internet Generation. The four characters, namely idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration succeeded in moving, touching personally, and removing the soul of initiators and innovators from the Generation of the Internet. The principle of the rule of law undoubtedly underlies the life of the state and nation by embodying hierarchical legal norms culminating in constitution. However the inconsistency between the laws and regulations is inevitable in constitutional practice thus the Supreme Court and Constitutional Court are ruled to examine legal products from the legislative and executive institutions under the mandate of the Act of 1945. Nevertheless in the progress, Ministry of Law and Human Rights issued a policy that norm disputes under the Laws can be resolved through mediation by the Ministry. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the legality and fulfillment of the value of justice in the practice of norm dispute resolution through mediation. This study uses normative research method and is based on the theory of hierarchical relation of legal norms and the theory of concept of law. The use of organic waste into materials that are useful for humans and the environment will help reduce the volume of waste and improve the natural environment. Tarumanagara University is one university that has a large area and has many users in it so that the waste generated in this educational environment will also be significant. Within the university environment, there are several potentials found by the author and there are indicators to determine the right location based on Laws and Government Regulations. From that potential locations, one location was found suitable for waste management in the university environment. As for conclusion, author concludes that Tarumanagara University apparently still does not have waste management so it is expected that management considers waste management for better sustainability of nature and human life. Social support from a cohesive working team is a factor that can improve employee mental health. The purpose of this study was to describe the contribution of psychological measurements through activity potential review to identify the competencies needed related to mental health and work team cohesiveness. Data was taken from four employees working in the city of Yogyakarta, the fourth most populous city in Indonesia. The four employees carried out a series of psychological measurements, through several stages, such as: psychological tests (GIT, Army Alpha, Graphic, Wartegg, Kreaplin, MSDT) and BEI (Behavioral Event Interview). The measurement results show that both subjects can contribute to the formation of a cohesive working team. This means that the profile of the three subjects supports positive mental health related to the organizational situation in urban areas, and one does not support the creation of positive mental health.
