Not only are their customs unique, Bali also has abundant natural wealth. One type of natural wealth is Mangrove Forest which is one of the largest mangrove forests in Indonesia as a supporting ecosystem. The Balinese customary law community has the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana as the basis of their reference to protect and manage natural wealth. The focus of this research is to find out how Balinese indigenous people protect mangrove forests in Bali Province in accordance with Balinese customs with the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana so that they can be used as an example for involving local communities to help protecting mangrove ecosystems in other areas. This study aims to describe the OCB of university students by using three demographic variables (gender, year-in-university, and faculty) and a theory of OCB by Organ, et al. [3]. Quantitative method and purposive sampling are used in this study. Measurement tools included are adapted version of Podsakoff, et al. [4] and Allison, et al. [5] OCB questionnaire. The deviation mentioned was the loss of holy space in catholic church architecture due to inappropriate design according to the correct layout. This showed that sacred holy space is important in catholic church architecture. Based on the statement above, natural lighting is important to be discussed as a problem in a building architectural design. The methodology of this research is; first, Natural lighting enters less on the altar compared to audio-visual buffer on the seating area; second, Altar as the center of sacred value of the church; third, Quite and silent environment of the church added to the sacred impression. The conclusion in this study is Natural lighting enters less on the altar compared to audio-visual buffer on the seating area to create sacred environment has not been achieved by Kristoforus Church, Altar as the center of sacred value also not yet achieved because natural lighting intensity that spreads to all parts of the room, Silent and quiet environment that added to the sacred environment has also not been achieved by Kristoforus Church because the proportion of light on the altar and audio-visual buffer is similar. The finding of this study is the natural lighting filter on altar area and audiovisual buffer on the seating area affect sacred environment in church, thus the lighting on altar area should be brighter and more dominant than other areas","PeriodicalId":382827,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Tarumanagara International Conference on the Applications of Social Sciences and Humanities (TICASH 2019)","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133539785","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Children’s difficulties in communication, socialization, certain characteristics, and maladaptive behaviors become the frequent stressor factors. Consequently, mothers who are responsible to nurture children with neurological development disorders are prone to experience continuous stress, in their life. The continuous stress experienced by mothers lead to variety of negative emotions. Many studies emphasized on the importance of paying special attention to mothers’ stress. However, interventions concerning the stress experienced by the parents, especially mothers are still insufficient. This quasi-experimental research with one group pretest-postest design aims to prove the effectiveness of expressive art therapy group to reduce participants' stress level. The participants in this study were six mothers, that have direct involvement in daily nurturance of children with neurodevelopmental disorder. Differences in stress levels were evaluated based on the pretest and postest scores, using the Perceived Stress Scale-10. The result of the statistical test proves that seven sessions of expressive art therapy group is effective to reduce the stress level of participants. Additionally, the intervention provides opportunities for participants to release their emotional tension, explore themselves, express their emotion, identify their challenges, find solutions and insights. In the end, participants are able to change their responses and reactions in a positive way and improve their interpersonal relationship.","PeriodicalId":382827,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Tarumanagara International Conference on the Applications of Social Sciences and Humanities (TICASH 2019)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128768323","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
