Quality of life in intellectual disability require special attention hence the increase amount of intellectual disability. Social skill was measured using an instrument called Social Skill Rating System (SSRS) (Gresham & Elliot, 1990) and parental involvement was measured using Alabama Parenting Questionnaire (APQ) (Frick, 1990). Quality of life was measured using WHOQOL-DIS (WHO, 2007). The participant of this research are 66 working intellectual disabilities at the age of 20 to 62 years old. The result of this research show that parental involvement positively correlated significantly with quality of life (r (66) = 0.432 dan p = .1 < 0.05). This means that the higher the parental involvement, the higher the quality of life of intellectual disabilities. However, there is no significant correlation between social skill and quality of life (r (66) = 0.265 dan p = .015 > 0.05). Based on these research, it is advisable for parents to become involved in their child’s life particularly in individuals with intellectual disability .","PeriodicalId":382827,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Tarumanagara International Conference on the Applications of Social Sciences and Humanities (TICASH 2019)","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114303192","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This article is based on normative legal research that refers to secondary data. Data collection, processing, and analysis are carried out qualitatively using the Miles and Huberman models. The paradox that accompanies the development of technology, especially robots with AI capabilities needs to be taken seriously by the executive, legislative, judicial and legal academics. With the ability to learn and make decisions, AI robots can decide for themselves various actions that will be taken out of their owner's control. There is a shift in the treatment of AI robots that are seen as legal objects (goods), then equated with pets, treated as legal subjects as well as humans and legal entities. While the regulation on that, is not immediately sought, so the existence of AI robots is in a grey area. The fact is that AI robots are able to develop their own communication systems that are not understood by their creators, as happened in the case of Facebook. This requires all components to reorganize human relations with God, fellow living beings and products of human creation in a set of legal and social rules for the survival of humanity itself.","PeriodicalId":382827,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Tarumanagara International Conference on the Applications of Social Sciences and Humanities (TICASH 2019)","volume":"100 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114304473","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The process of retrieving data uses questionnaires consisting of measuring instrument of psychological well-being, perfectionism, and stress. Statistical analysis of data using Structural Equation Modeling testing. The results of data analysis can be obtained three conclusions. The first conclusion is that self- oriented perfectionism has a negative but not significant effect on psychological wellbeing with stress as a mediator. The second conclusion is that other- oriented perfectionism has a negative but not significant role on psychological well-being with stress as a mediator. Along with the sudden rise of new, fashionable, cafés and restaurants managed and owned by young adults, there are also the more oldfashioned restaurants which offer more traditional cuisine options,Japanese, Italian, French or steak houses. The scope of Western restaurants, however, doesn’t seem to go past the American or English cuisine. This paper evaluates the level of feasibility that a Latin American restaurant in the heart of Southern Taiwan could have,while studying the most important aspects of the Taiwanese food and beverage industry. The motivations that inspired this research include the fact that over the past few years,Taiwan has become more and more welcoming for Latin American immigrants, which seems to have spiked the interest of Taiwanese people in the Latin American culture as a whole. Taiwan, and the curiosity has sprung to the extent to which even the biggest clubs and bars in some cities are organizing Latin Parties at least once a month. The final results of this study, determine the effectiveness of the application of Article 7 paragraph 1 of Law No. 1 of 1974 in the Bantaeng area of South Sulawesi. One of the reasons for early marriage in Bantaeng District, South Sulawesi in the case of Rahman (13 years) and awalia Mar'a (14 years) is because of \"fear of sleeping alone\". This research method is a combination of normative legal research and empirical legal research. Normative legal research is legal research that uses primary data, while empirical legal research is legal research that uses secondary data and questionnaires. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the Application of Article 7 paragraph 1 of Law No. 1 The year 1974 is not effective. The ineffectiveness is caused by many young people in Bantaeng Regency, South Sulawesi who do not know the meaning of the provisions of Article 7 (1) of Law No. 1 of 1974. The ineffectiveness of Article 7 paragraph 1 of Law No. 1 of 1974 caused the existence of internal factors and external factors.
