This activity aims to provide guidance and training to improve students' abilities in Mathematics in order to prepare students for Olympiad activities. This activity is expected to increase students' understanding and competitive spirit in solving math olympiad questions. In achieving this goal, coaching and training activities on material and Olympic questions were held in order to prepare students to face city-level competitions in mathematics. This Community Service activity in the form of coaching and training, began with a discussion with the head of SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar which was then followed by the submission of an Olympic supervisor from the school to the chairman of the LPPPM Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia. Coaching activities are carried out for eight meetings which are held every Friday at 12.00-13.30 WITA. This activity is carried out from the beginning of August to the second week of October. Step by step in intensive guidance activities can be done smoothly according to plan. The UPMI PKM team visited SD Negeri 3 Apuan to meet the school principal. From the results of observations and discussions with the principal, and class teachers that at SD Negeri 3 Apuan, there are several problems that need to find solutions such as the teaching and learning process in class, reduced student interest in learning, ICT mastery for teachers, making lesson plans based on local wisdom, making HOTS-based teaching materials, scientific papers or PTK, scientific publications, teacher grades, UKS and so on. Of the several problems that existed at SD Negeri 3 Apuan, the UPMI PKM Team held discussions to decide on priority issues that could be assisted by Partners, namely HR problems, which immediately sought solutions. The implementation method is socialization through training and mentoring. The first activity relates to training on the problem of the teacher's lack of knowledge in writing classroom action research. The activities were carried out in two stages, namely training and mentoring activities. In the mentoring activities for 2 weeks, the mentoring activities aim to improve the target teacher's skills to compose classroom action research writing. This implementation activity involved 2 Mathematics Education Study Program students from PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia University. Character and competence are two different but interdependent things. Both are very important for every Indonesian student. Children who do not understand their own culture will feel confused because they cannot distinguish which culture is good and suitable for them when they encounter the influence of different foreign cultures caused by the development of information technology. The way to implement this PKM is through a participatory, question-and-answer approach as well as a reward and punishment method, starting with an introduction to the Pancasila Student Profile, developing Pancasila Student Profile Dimensions, and practicing Pancasila Profile Dimensions No. 2, i.e. Global Diversity through Musical Culture. The last activity produced is that SDN Ngastemi 1 children can foster enthusiasm, learn about noble culture, a sense of tolerance (mutual respect) and religious moderation. This activity can be carried out from Thursday, February 9, 2023 to Wednesday, March 8, 2023 for children of the third grade of primary school, with a total of 32 children. This activity received an enthusiastic response from the students of SDN Ngastemi 1 class 3. Elementary school teachers are class teachers whose duties are required to master many subjects. Therefore, it is undeniable that the mastery of knowledge (material) in several subjects is not optimal and there is the potential for errors or misconceptions to occur in learning mathematics. There are indications that elementary school teachers lack mastery of the material and are less proficient in learning mathematics. Inadequacy in learning Mathematics is a factor of teacher weakness and hinders the achievement of learning objectives, as well as influencing students' positive disposition towards Mathematics. In order to overcome errors or misconceptions in learning mathematics in elementary schools, each teacher must improve teaching skills by understanding mathematical concepts and principles correctly so that the teacher's knowledge increases and the teacher can change the way he teaches in class. Teacher teaching skills can be improved through workshop activities. Teaching skills development is an effective and structured professional development that results in changes to teachers' knowledge and practice in learning mathematics. Conceptually, teaching proficiency is a product of activities embedded in work. In-learning activities supported by teaching skills enhance teachers' knowledge and help them change the way learning is taught in the classroom. The participants in this activity were 16 Neo Genesis Kindergarten students. The results of this social activity are: (1) carrying out an approach method through field observations, (2) the team provides facilities in the form of delivering materials, prizes, and providing consumption in the form of healthy food such as fresh fruit to students at Neo Genesis Kindergarten, Dalung, district North Kuta, Badung regency. (3) training through materials, games and question and answer sessions, (4) evaluation of activities regarding the understanding of extension participants. Scientific publications are currently experiencing very significant changes, from where the initial format of using print media has changed to electronic media. The purpose of this community service is to improve the ability of teachers to write scientific articles in the field of science at SD Negeri Apuang Bangli. There are 3 main activities in this service, namely the first meeting for training in writing scientific articles by providing examples and critical review of how to write scientific articles. The second activity is by giving assignments to make the core points of writing scientific scientific articles, and the third activity is carrying out mentoring to provide scientific scientific article consultations that are made according to the intended journal template. Based on the evaluation of the implementation of community service activities and the results of the normalized gain test it appears that there has been an increase in the ability to write science scientific articles for elementary school teachers through this community service activity of 0.75 (high category). By carrying out classroom action research, teachers have a dual role, namely practitioners and researchers. Scientific publications by teachers are basically a form of teacher professionalism. The purpose of this service is to find a solution to the problem of the lack of knowledge of teacher human resources in making scientific papers in the form of classroom action research. These problems can be overcome by increasing capacity through learning and socialization through two approaches, namely training and mentoring. In general, the implementation of PKM at SMA Negeri 8 Denpasar has been running smoothly according to a predetermined schedule. In the implementation of PKM, the socialization of the 1st and 2nd stages has made a lot of progress. In the implementation of PKM UPMI at SMA Negeri 8 Denpasar as a partner school. Teachers' understanding of the substance of writing scientific articles for publication in journals with ISSN and carrying out CAR increases with assistance. Teacher motivation in writing scientific papers has grown, and there is a willingness of teachers to start writing proposals. This is an indicator that the skills of teachers to write rich scientific writing are increasing. One of the scopes of the Kampus Mengajar 2 Program is support for teachers in learning in all subjects, both from home and face-to-face at school, especially in literacy learning. Providing opportunities for students who have an interest in education to participate in teaching and deepen their knowledge by becoming teacher partners to innovate in literacy learning is one of the goals of the Kampus Mengajar 2 activities. The literacy learning innovation carried out by the Kampus Mengajar 2 Team at SD Negeri 15 Pemecutan is a literacy corner, telling stories together through fairy tales, folklore, legends and others, as well as conducting literacy simulations through the AKSI sekolah dasar program.
