Performance issues affect teachers’ academic quality and academic supervision is one way to resolve those issues. Thus, academic supervision is expected to improve teachers’ quality. In its implementation, academic supervision should be based on Professional Learning Community (PLC). In PLC-based effort, the management of various school conditions is aimed towards building a dialogue between educators and education staff to learn lessons from daily education practices. Therefore, an academic supervision model is needed to facilitate a PLC-based implementation in order to improve teachers’ performance quality. This study employs qualitative descriptive and R&D approaches. The research subject is the PLC-based academic supervision model implemented to improve teachers’ performance in Pangandaran Regency, Indonesia. Given the importance of early childhood education, the government (in this case the Ministry of Education and Culture) seeks to facilitate, supervise, and develop the community to understand why and how to organize early childhood education properly. Based on observations and interviews with inspectors and some early childhood education teachers in the Sub-District of Banjaran, there is an indication for the less than optimal teacher performance. Therefore, the researchers raise the issue of how education inspectors supervise the process of teaching and learning so that teachers can improve their performance. With the supervision and development of early childhood education teachers by inspectors, the research expects an increase in the performance of early childhood teachers to improve the quality of early childhood education in the form of professional services. Departing from the formulated problem, this research employed qualitative analysis with descriptive-analytic method. Data were obtained from observations, interviews, documentary analysis, and field notes prepared by researchers in the research sites, not in the form of numbers. Results of data analysis are in the form of explanations relating to the situations under study and presented in the form of narrative descriptions. With qualitative approach, this research is an effort to describe the influence or relationship of inspector’s supervision and teacher’s disciplines of knowledge on the quality of teacher’s learning management. The unit of analysis in this study included subjects taken from six early childhood education institutions in the Sub-District of Banjaran with 1 or 2 teachers randomly taken from each institution. The implications of this research become the foundation for recommendations expected to be beneficial for the implementation of teacher supervision and development. The data were gained from private universities under the auspices of the coordinator of regional IV private universities (Kopertis) which were based on some considerations, the working area, experience and the expertise of the participants. The results of this study indicate that the governance system in private universities under the coordinator of private institutions (Kopertis) still needs improvement, especially in the management of data and information for the process of continuous quality improvement. The findings and tests of correlation analysis, simple and multiple regression are expected to prove the hypothesis in this study. Partially, leadership learning and sustainable professional development have moderate and direct relationships with the quality of teacher teaching performance. Simultaneously leadership learning and sustainable professional development have a low effect on the quality of teacher teaching performance. The problem discussed on how much the influence the computer-based management information system has on employee performance. In general, the research objective to be achieved by the author is to find out an overview of information systems on computer-based management of employee performance at the National Police Educational Education Headquarters in Bandung. The method used in this study is descriptive mode with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used closed questionnaires and respondents were employees who numbered 83 people as research samples. The results of the general trend calculation used the Weighted Means Score (WMS) indicate that the computer-based management information system is in the very good category with an average score of 3.23 and the performance of employees is also very good with an average score of 3.27. The results of the normality test showed that the X and Y variables were normally distributed, and then the data analysis used parametric statistics. Analysis of the correlation between variables X to Y is 0.697, that means that the two variables at the level of a strong relationship and there is a positive correlation. The test results of the significance of the correlation with the t-test on the variable X to Y obtained by Tcount > of Ttable (8.8738 > 1.98) which means that the correlation coefficient found is significant (can be applied to the population where the sample was taken). Correlation analysis can be continued by calculating the coefficient of determination. The coefficient of determination test results that the variable X gives an effect on the Y variable of 48.5% while the remaining 51.5% is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between computer-based management information systems on employee performance at the National Police Educational Education Office in Bandung. The results indicate that the elements implemented in leadership are controlling and predicting the efficient use of resources to ensure optimum productivity and resources. This study used a qualitative approach, using case study design. Data were collected by deep interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was performed interactively with three phases which includes data reduction, presentation, and verification/conclusion. The result showed that the standard setting include standards needed in covering university level, faculty, and the level of department or study program. Referring to the standard determine by vision and mission of the university, the rules of national education, the national standard of education, the law of teachers and lectures, National Accreditation Board, and The Association of Southeast Asian Nations University Network Quality Assurance. The standards required involving various parties: Wali Amanat, the senate, rector, department, dean, lecturers, and students, the quality assurance agency, community leaders, alumni, and the profession association. Internal quality standards required by the College to be in line with the vision, mission and objectives that will be achieved the colleges. This study aims to determine the implementation of character education through school culture in the formation of students' character. The writing method is in the form of qualitative based on previous studies and investigations collecting and analyzing documents, journals and books relating to the discussion about students' character education through school culture. Based on the articles collected, it was found that the implementation of character education through school culture was carried out by habituation that was carried out routinely and consistently in accordance with the school's vision and mission. Character education through school culture requires the efforts and hard work of all parties, both internal and external schools in self-examination and responsible for a change in the character of students now and in the future.
