They provide all children chances for a high quality education. Education access, learning process, and outcomes should not be influenced by circumstances outside of the control of individuals, such as gender, ethnicity, birthplace, language, wealth or disability. The aim of the research is to get some information on practices and obstacles in implementing equity in education based on Continuous Quality Improvement cycles in an Islamic Boarding High School in Subang. This paper draws upon qualitative‐based research that was organized to describe documents review, observations, and interviews that examines the Plan-Do-StudyAct cycles are able to be applied in improving both quality and equity in education. The result reveals that the school is in good category of quality and equity in education. It was a quantitative research which was conducted in nineteen schools located in West Java, Indonesia. The research used a survey method with path analysis applied in the testing of hypothesis. It was conducted to 273 teachers at Senior High School as the respondents who were selected in a simple random way. The results of this study are: (1). There is a positive direct effect of personality on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). (2). There is a positive direct effect of perception on work on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and (3). There is a positive direct effect of personality on perception on work. In connecting, the changing of the education paradigm within the framework of improving the quality of the processes and outcomes of education in schools has at least three aspects. There was: a changing in the paradigm of education is not enough to translate only as improvements and changes in the curriculum sector and community-based school management, but the students themselves should be given direction on learning. Educators and education personnel should be obtained competencies agreed upon by the school principal, teachers, parents and users of the education itself; the teacher should be change the philosophy of working as a teacher, because the teacher's assignment is not finished when he has fulfilled the task and the hours are required to enter the class, but changes the way of learning, learning responsibilities and student learning outcomes. In addition, teachers in the context of education reform carry out new tasks, namely their involvement in restructuring and even the formulation of operational curriculum. This study aims to describe: 1) the implementation of the principal's managerial skills; 2) the role of the principal as manager; 3) the impact of applying the principal's managerial skills; and 4) the obstacles faced by the principal in applying managerial skills in public schools characterized by Islam. This study uses a qualitative approach using case study methods. The results of this study indicate the application of the principal's managerial skills that integrate Islamic values in school management, the impact of applying the principal's managerial skills to school identity as a typical Islamic school, and the obstacles faced by principals there are still many teachers who are not yet professional in connect learning with Islamic values. The inclusion policy has been implemented since 2009 in Indonesia but, this policy still facing some difficulties. The aim of this research is to found out: 1) the school’s transformation processes of Inclusion Policy; 2) Forms of inclusion implementation at school and 3) to found out the key factors which influence the successfulness of inclusion policy implementation. This research was used qualitative approach with case study method. The research was conducted in SD MUTIARA BUNDA, a superior Inclusion school that has succeeded implementing inclusive education. Data collection techniques used: interview, focus group discussion and document study. The research result showed that a leader had a major role in transforming policy into school’s operational policies, which is: school’s vision and mission, purposes and strategically programs. School operational program gave a clear direction in implementing the inclusion in SD MUTIARA BUNDA. The forms of the implementation showed in Student’s Acceptance Process, Categorization and Student’s Grouping Process, Individual Learning Program (PPI), Assessment Process and the existence of “Unit Stimulasi Anak” (USA) a special unit. The success keys of Inclusion policy in school are: the transformation agenda of the inclusion policy, ability and commitment of implementers to implement inclusion policy, building a system that support the policy implementation, and implementer special unit. This study uses qualitative approach in form of case studies. The data are collected through direct observation, tracking documents and archives, and in-depth interviews. The results of study showed that: strengthening of department governance through implementation of an IQAS is an ongoing process in improving the quality of the education process through the one-year cycle, which consists of the seven stages, namely: standard setting, implementation, monitoring, self-evaluation, internal quality audit, correction formula, and quality improvement for stakeholder satisfaction. The task of the quality assurance team: to coordinate coaching, supervision, quality mapping, monitoring and evaluation, and recommendation of quality improvement strategy. The Association of Indonesian School Supervisors as a supervisory profession organization is expected to continuously accommodate various scientific forums in answering global challenges without losing from the root of local potential. Qualitative research approach with case study method at 3 from 26 primary school supervisors. Findings and implications: there are a direct significant impact on the performance of primary school supervisors on improving the quality of school, Weak transparency of IT recruitment and mastery; Rational comparison of supervisors (1: 11/13); Low attendance, only 35%; Duty picket has not been well implemented; Produce a model of government policy in the career development of school supervisors. This research tries to explain how society and culture constructions affect women to be in top management position in educational institution. The study was conducted in a public university in Bandung with 17 informants as academic and non-academic structural officers and subordinates from female leaders. The data were collected by observation, interview, and literature study, using qualitative descriptive analytical approach. The results of this study indicate that there is lack of trust in the woman’s leadership due to the construction of society and culture that form the assumption that a leader must be man.
