This research is a field research by using analytic descriptive method. Data collection is done through the process of identification of factors that contribute to the development of teacher’s performance done by 3 stages. Stages of data analysis are: 1) Internal Factor Evaluation, External Factor Evaluation, and Internal External analysis; 2) SWOT matrix and; 3) Quantitative Strategy Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis. The result of this research indicates three things. First, the main strength is teacher’s motivation and commitment. The main weakness is unplanned program of developing teachers’ performance. The main opportunity is government commitment. The main threat is the increasing demands and expectations of the community towards the improvement of teacher’s performance. Second, alternative strategy that can be formulated is to apply integration strategy. Third, priority strategies that can be applied in developing teacher’s performance are: 1) Synchronization program of schools, research and community service of university, and government programs through partnership program; 2) Empowerment of teachers through teacher’s organization; 3) Preparation of blue print of empowerment based developing teachers’ performance. The study was conducted at five State Universities in the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands. Survey design is used in data collection by using questionnaire instruments. The data analysis uses regression analysis and factor analysis (SEM/Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that, the internal quality assurance of Higher Education had a positive and significant effect on Quality Culture and organizational performance. The quality culture has a negative effect on its performance of Higher Education organizations. This means that, to develop a quality culture and organizational performance, the universities need to improve their internal quality assurance. School, as the biggest institution in developing human resources, need to be adjusted its system into a creative school so that every student aware of their own potential and capable to tackle the challenges ahead based on their potentials. This study aims to analyze excellence schools in generating creative culture in the system (school curriculum, teaching methods and assessment, school connection, and training and development of teachers) using ethnography study. Schools sample taken in Indonesia region that was chosen from preliminary observation based on the diversity of its school vision and programs. Results showed that the main requirement of being a creative school is great focus on the student and awareness of their development in all parts of the system. At the same time, to encourage student’s creativity, the teacher itself must discover their own potential first and the school principal must have great sense in identifying the teachers’ skills. Implication of this study is pivotal for all schools to be concentrating on preparing the next generation in meeting challenges by creating opportunities from awareness of their own capacities from education instead of only raising standards and generating rudimentary education. Especially schools, which have an important role in improving the resources of students are teachers as educators and principals as leaders. In this regard, researchers try to identify variables that mostly affect their performance. The variables used in this research are leadership style, motivation and performance. It aims to find the influence of leadership style and motivation on teachers’ performance in BPI 1 Senior High School, Bandung, either simultaneously or partially. The method used is primary data, in other word a set of research instrument of questionnaires which distributed to 50 teachers and employees of BPI 1 Bandung using probability sampling technique. This instrument has been validated by using the validity of Spearman and Cronchbach alpha reliability test. The descriptive method and verificative method are used, while, multiple regression analysis is used for data analysis. The results of calculation and descriptive analysis indicate that leadership style and motivation of teachers and employees of SMA BPI 1 Bandung are in the high category. Similarly, their performance aspect is also in the high category. The research and hypothesis testing show that leadership style and motivation have a positive influence, or in simultaneous direction toward teacher performance in BPI 1 Bandung, that is 15,8%. While 84.2% was influenced by other factors outside the scope of this research. Partially, the leadership style did not affect the performance of teachers and employees of BPI 1 Bandung. On the other hand, provision of motivation turned out to show a positive influence and inline to the performance of teachers and employees in BPI 1 Bandung by 14,37%. The purpose of this research was to develop a life skill education management model based on vocational for students with disabilities to be ready for work in the Business/ Industry. This type of research uses R & D cycle from Borg & Gall. Data collection was carried out through documentation studies, observations and in-depth interviews involving schools, PT Subang Autocomp Indonesia and parents of students and the validation of the research was conducted through Focus Group Discussion. The last, a limited trial was applied to two schools in Subang, namely SLB Waliwis Putih and SLBN Trituna. Research results shown that the management of life skills education for students with disabilities is arranged through (1) planning based on analysis and need assessment, (2) the implementation is carried out through school independence programs, basic training in training institutions and/or companies and internships in the Business/Industry world, (3) and evaluation is carried out through skills testing at school and the workplace by the Business/ Industry. The conclusion shown that the life skill education management model based on vocational that organized and synergistic can be equip students with disabilities for work. Therefore, this life skill education management model can be a solution in the development of life skills for students with disabilities. Besides, the teachers seldom followed competency development program and the scoring of the school need was seldom being conducted. The steps of this research consist of introductory study, developing of development management of teachers’ competence based on what school’s need, model test, and model revision and implementation. Furthermore, the model of research and development is a conceptual framework. The sample of this research are the committee of the educational foundation, headmaster of elementary school and junior high school, and the teachers of Avicenna Schools in Jakarta and Depok. To collect the data, some research instruments like interview, observation, and questionnaire were used. The result of this research is model for the implementation of development management of teachers’ competence in Avicenna Prestasi Educational Foundation Jakarta. The result of national examination on 2014/2015 showed that students separated into two groups as low-achievers and high-achievers. Now, it is important to assure not an only opportunity of education access, but also equity of learning outcomes. This study investigated how the achievement gap exists, and the factors influencing academic achievement on the national examination. This study analyzed the relationship between students' test score and some indicators related to the quality of Education. The preliminary results of the research show that the financial indicators and quality of school environment yield a significant effect on the average score of the regional level. For conclusion, following the in-depth analysis of preliminary research results, and some recommendation to minimize gap will be presented.
