摘要

这项研究的题目是“学校管理能力对万隆市公立小学教育质量的影响”。本研究的问题是学校管理能力对教育质量的影响程度。本研究的目的在于概述学校管理能力对万隆市公立小学教育品质的影响。本研究采用描述性方法与定量方法相结合。数据收集技术是通过使用99名受访者作为研究样本的问卷调查。结果表明，万隆市公立小学的学校管理能力与教育质量之间存在显著的正相关关系。关键词:学校管理能力;教育质量
