The tag is composed of a copper layer at the upper and bottom side of a Rogers 5880 substrate, with the relative permittivity of 2.2 and a UCODE G2XM/G2XL chip from NXP Semiconductor. The tag with the overall dimension of 58 × 34 × 0.85 mm3 is not sensitive to the objects it is attached to including metallic object since the performance of the tag in free air and on metal objects remains almost the same. The double T-matching technique is implemented in the antenna design to easily match the antenna and the chip impedance. The antenna is designed to operate in Malaysia frequency range (919 - 923 MHZ). Several studies have started to investigate the feasibility of salt as sources to generate electric. However, the study on the characteristic of salt as electric source has not well documented. Hence, this study investigated the correlation between salinity and electric voltage. Two types of salts were analyzed, i.e., coarse salt and white salt. Based on the results, the generated voltage was linearly increased with the salinity in both types of salt. DBDP reactor was constructed with spiral cylender configuration. We found that ozone concentration increased with increasing of voltage, number of spools coil. The ozone concentration decreases with increasing distance between spiral electrode and cylender electrode. We found something very interesting in the generation of ozone, where electrc current has been measured, in other words ionization has occurred, but ozone was not formed. This study is focus on the comparisons between variable Speed Drive, VSD and RVSS to assess the pumping performance as well as energy efficiency in the WTP system. Based on the Layne Bowler pump characteristic, it clearly proved that the VSD is more reliable in term of speed and energy usage compared to RVSS. The converter can be operated as a rectifier, an inverter, and as a static VAR compensator, i.e. four-quadrant of operation. The key of this capability is the current controller of the converter. A new hysteresis current controller is proposed in this paper. The proposed hysteresis current controller can distribute evenly power semiconductor switching stresses without sacrificing the fast response feature and simplicity advantages of conventional hysteresis current controller. The proposed controller has been successfully implemented digitally by using an FPGA board. Although past research focused on university-private knowledge transfer is quite extensive, the majority of the literature is based on western academic institutions and policies. Due to the lack of research on knowledge transfer among Malaysian universities specifically technical universities, this study will affect the development of universities R&D. Therefore, the study has identified three main factors influence knowledge transfer in universities; coordination factor, partner attributes and relationship factor. Empirical studies were conducted at a technical university in Malaysia with a total sample size of 30 respondents consists of academic staff, researchers and postgraduate students who receive knowledge transfer grant sponsored by the Ministry of Education Malaysia. Researchers employed paper-based survey methods involving academic lectures. With the aid of inferential statistics, preliminary findings showed that all selected factors have a positive effect on knowledge transfer. Hence, this study will help the university identify the elements that should be evaluated before undertaking activities such as R&D and the MOU with the industry. Researchers plan to expand the study to another three technical universities. Polarization diversity is one of the handy techniques to improve performance between base station and the user because it can reduce spatial correlation that can decrease system performance. The design process can be divided into three design steps. First, the linear broadband antenna is designed by using a fork like tuning stub method. Then, the dual circular polarization antenna is designed by using a stub method on a two ports circular microstrip antenna. Finally, two selected designs from step one and step two are combined. This combination antenna will obtain broadband tri-polarized antenna that operates at 2.4GHz. The design is simulated by using CST Design Microwave software. The antenna was designed to generate linear polarization, RHCP (right hand circular polarization) and LHCP (left hand circular polarization) on port 1, port 2 and port 3 respectively. The simulation design is then fabricated on FR4 board and measured. Significant gain improvement is observed when integrating graphene as an antenna patch and ground, as compared to a reference antenna made from copper, a conventional material for antenna development. The resonance frequency is slightly shifted to a lower frequency when the antenna is bent in x- and y-directions with minimum bending radius. The effect of human body on antenna performances is characterized by attaches the proposed antenna on human Voxel model. This evaluation, based on qualitative methods, was conducted to ensure that the draft legislations being proposed are able to address important and latest issues, and to contribute in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of business activities and daily life at the national level. There are five main issues to evaluate the NQI system in Indonesia, i.e. Roles and Relathionships among Organizations, Authorities and Resposibilities of Organizations, substantive changes in the draft laws and the background and purpose of the changes, Human Resources, and Equipment and Information Technology. There are 15 respondents from all stakeholders who were used to address the questions of what, why and how related to the key issues. The paper is based on Indonesia survey on the Strategy Development Process in Indonesia companies. The research described in this paper is a survey of Indonesia manager and Executive MBA students who completed a paper survey into the strategic decision making activities they engage in within their organizations. This paper reports the result of a survey conducted with 143 Executive MBA students at School of Business Management, Institute of Technology Bandung (SBM - ITB) from 2 campuses: Bandung campus and Jakarta campus, Indonesia. The purpose of the survey was to explore the current practice of strategy development process in Indonesia companies. A selfreport questionnaire inquiring on company strategy development process practices was distributed. The respondents of executive MBA student, each represents a contributor of strategy team at companies in Indonesia. The data were examined to identify general themes associated with Dyson's [5] seven stage strategy development process utilized in company strategic planning. The data exposed that Indonesia companies essentially engaged in extensive planning on a proper basis.
