The purpose of the survey was to explore the current practice of strategy development process in Indonesia companies. A selfreport questionnaire inquiring on company strategy development process practices was distributed. The respondents of executive MBA student, each represents a contributor of strategy team at companies in Indonesia. The data were examined to identify general themes associated with Dyson's [5] seven stage strategy development process utilized in company strategic planning. The data exposed that Indonesia companies essentially engaged in extensive planning on a proper basis. Abstract
