Volodko","doi":"10.31499/2307-4906.3.2022.265916","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31499/2307-4906.3.2022.265916","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of this study is to highlight the methodology of working on tasks, the solution of which contributes to the implementation of the cross-cutting line “Entrepreneurship and financial literacy” during the study of functions in basic school. Analysis, synthesis, comparison, and generalization were used to achieve this goal. The article examines the essence of the cross-cutting line “Entrepreneurship and financial literacy”. The mathematics curriculum and the content of algebra textbooks for basic school were analyzed in relation to the study of the “Function” content line. It has been clarified which applied problems students should be able to solve when studying functions. It was established that in the analyzed textbooks for grades 8–9 there are practically no problems, the solution of which would contribute to the implementation of the cross-cutting line “Entrepreneurship and financial literacy”. At the same time, the possibility of implementing an end-to-end line “Entrepreneurship and financial literacy” in the process of studying functions in grades 7–9 is substantiated. The means of such implementation are, mainly, calculation tasks, “reading” graphs of functions, research, and constructive tasks. A methodology for solving such problems is proposed. It is shown how problems of one type can be converted into problems of another type by changing the question. The author’s problems are given, and the method of solving them is proposed. It is indicated in what types of lessons it is appropriate to use this or that task. It was concluded that solving the proposed problems contributes to the formation of students’ understanding of the financial sphere of society, the development of the ability to apply the acquired knowledge in various situations. For this purpose, the author analyzed a number of normative documents related to national-patriotic education, the establishment of national and civic identity, the formation of an active civic attitude, as well as the scientific works of domestic thinkers, philosophers, civic figures, scientists, etc. These works provide the carried-out analysis of the studied concept and the main approaches to study of this phenomenon. Citizenship is interpreted by the author as the level of consciousness development, the moral quality of an individual, his worldview, which is determined by his national identity, awareness of belonging to a specific country; awareness of rights and responsibilities regarding the state and state institutions; as subjective qualities of the individual, manifested during the performance of social role functions, which are basic and defining for society. Civic activity is a set of knowledge, abilities, skills, motives, moral qualities and willful efforts, an inner desire for activity, aimed at strengthening the existing socio-political order in society. The topicality of our research is predetermined by dynamic paradigmatic transformations in the process of step-by-step development of Ukrainian foreign language education during the implementation of the New Ukrainian School reform. We analyzed the essence of acmeological approach, the application of which is aimed at creating full-fledged conditions for effective professional development and self-development of the personality of a future professional. The acmeological technologies, which were implemented during an experimental study, have been characterized. The expediency of their application was studied by means of experiment‚ the participants of which were 2 lecturers and 29 second-year students of the first (Bachelorʼs) level of higher education of the Faculty of Foreign Languages of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University. It has been proven that the applied acmeological technologies contribute to increasing the effectiveness of foreign language acquisition at a given stage of education. We also analyzed the academic performance of students before and after the experiment within each group. There was an increase in the percentage of students mastering the language at a sufficient level. After the experiment the sufficient level in group No. 1 was 54% (before the experiment – 39%)‚ group No. 2 – 40% (before the experiment – 34%). The axiological approach has become a promising area in the understanding of values. The highest value of it is the personality of the student. Attention is focused on the activity of students of higher education during the application of group forms of work, their possibility of inclusion in communicative situations, ensuring real interactivity during work in microgroups. The advantages of group work in language learning are described ‒ the ability to ensure the reproduction of situations of real communicative interaction, the provision of an emotionally favorable atmosphere, the modification of methods of monitoring success and the system of roles of the teacher and the student of highereducation in the educational process.The didactic principles of the possible division of higher education students into microgroups for optimal provision of the educational process are described. We show the possibility of convenient use of WEB technologies and JavaScript programming language for this purpose. The choice of JavaScript is due to the true platform-independence of this programming language: it is possible to write code in any text editor and run it in any web browser. Unlike specialized environments (Skratch), JavaScript is one of the most common languages of true programming, but the simplicity of syntax is also quite accessible to high school and first-year students. We give two examples: the first with deterministic motion (rectilinear uniform and accelerated) and the second with chaotic motion (Brownian motion). The article describes the structure of a typical mini-project (laboratory work) and shows that this approach in the organization of training is related to the specifics of the IT specialty. Now we consider only “static” cases – that is, without the use of animation. However, JavaScript tools also allow you to implement “dynamics”, i.e. with animation. According to such a scheme, it is possible to implement almost any of the known physical processes. As a result, students acquire skills in programming models of physical processes with visual visualization of the results. Such models make it possible to change the initial conditions for the development of the physical process and see the process of its course, to compare the program-experimental results with the calculated, deeper and more complete understanding of the physical process during its programming. The development of aesthetic competence requires special training and must be connected with purposeful pedagogical activity. The aim of the article is to highlight the practical achievements of teachers regarding the implementation of aesthetic competence in the process of teaching mathematical disciplines, to analyse the available approaches of teachers to solving this task, and to provide certain recommendations. The article presents practical approaches to the formation of aesthetic competence in teaching mathematics both in schools and in institutions of higher education. The need to strengthen the aesthetic component of the educational process as a method that increases interest in studying mathematics is substantiated. It is emphasized that the appropriate use of non-traditional methods of teaching mathematics, the unique combination of educational materials with aesthetic content contributes to the development of imagination, fantasy, and creative activity of a person. Non-standard methods of conducting classes by schoolteachers and teachers of higher education institutions, aimed at the development of aesthetic competence in the process of teaching mathematical disciplines, are highlighted. The close connection between mathematics and art, the aesthetic educational influence of mathematics on the cultural development of a person is demonstrated. It is emphasized that the acquisition of aesthetic competence is a continuous process of personality development that occurs throughout life.
