It is often associated with neurodevelopmental disorders. In France, it is confirmed by the BHK test. Associated anxiety must be taken into account, as many young people can fall into vicious circles of avoidance. A unique approach to care in the neonatal unit helps to support parents and baby during this period. However, if medical care can be reduced, what happens when the baby returns home, and when he or she discovers how to eat? How can the gastrostomic baby take part in the family meal? On January 23, 2021 the President of the Republic, Emmanuel Macron, made a commitment to victims of incest by creating the Independent Commission on Incest and Sexual Violence Against Children (CIIVISE).
